Aminappagouda Sanganagouda Patil (born 22 July 1969), whose also known as A.S. Patil, and was an Indian politician, whom was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. [1]

Life before politics

He was born in Nadahalli Village of Muddebihal Taluk of Vijayapura District. He was the third among the six children of his parents, Sri Sanganagouda Patil and Smt. Gangubai.

Patil completed his primary education in his native village before moving to Sri Siddaganga Mutt in Tumkur, where he pursued his high school education under the guidance of Dr. Shivakumara Swamiji. Additionally, he was trained in Sharana Sahitya and Vedopanishads.

He completed his graduation from Karnatak Science College in Dharwad and later went on to get a Postgraduate Degree in Geology from Karnataka University, Dharwad.

After his student life, he began his professional career. Owing to his interest in mining, he left for Sanduru in 1995 and secured a job in VS Lad and Company. In 2006, he ventured into his own business in Sanduru.

Personal life

A S Patil is married to Smt. Mahadevi A Patil Nadahalli. The couple has two sons: Bharat Patil Nadahalli and Sharath Patil Nadahalli..[ citation needed ]
