The A4 in Cyprus is a road which links the centre of Larnaca with the original terminal of Larnaca International Airport. Although it has an A designation, it is not a motorway, and contains all at grade separation junctions and a number of traffic lights. It follows the route of Artmedios Avenue.
Because Cyprus no longer has a working railway system, various other methods of transport are needed to ensure the proper delivery of any cargo, be it human or freight. Since the last railway was dismantled in 1952, the only remaining modes of transport are by road, by sea, and by air.

The airport was given its current name in July 2016, in honour of former President of Cyprus Glafcos Clerides.
AEK Larnaca FC is a Cypriot professional football club based in Larnaca. The club was formed in 1994 after a merger of two historical Larnaca clubs, EPA Larnaca and Pezoporikos. The club also has a men's basketball team, a women's volleyball team and a men's futsal team.
EPA Larnaca was a Cypriot football club based in the city of Larnaca. Founded in 1930 with the merge of two local clubs, Pezoporikos and AMOL, the club was a founding member of Cyprus Football Association and participated in the first Cypriot Championship in 1934/35. Few years later, Pezoporikos was re-established. The golden era of the club was in the period 1944–1946, when the team won the Double in two consecutive seasons. In 1970, the club participated in the Greek First National Division, as Cyprus champions. They were also cup winners 5 times. In 1994, they merged with Pezoporikos Larnaca and formed AEK Larnaca FC.
GCZ Stadium or Gymnastic Club Zenon Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Larnaca, Cyprus. Usually it is referred to as the 'neo GSZ Stadium' to distinguish it from the old GSZ Stadium, which it replaced. It is currently used mostly for football matches and was the home ground of AEK Larnaca FC until 2016. The stadium holds 13,032 people. Its owner is the Gymnastic Club Zeno which took its name from the native philosopher of Larnaca Zeno of Citium. Before the merge of Pezoporikos and EPA Larnaca into the new football club AEK Larnaca FC, it was also the home of those two clubs.
The A2 motorway in Cyprus is a road which branches off the A1 at Pera Chorio-Nisou and connects to the A3. It is referred to locally as the Nicosia - Larnaca motorway. It is also called "the tube" because it is mostly straight with a very limited number of exits. Two of its 6 junctions are limited access to facilitate access to Athienou.

The A3 motorway is a modern motorway linking Larnaca International Airport, the largest airport in Cyprus, and Ayia Napa, a popular seaside destination. It is 55 km long. The road was built in five phases and took about 10 years to be completed. The first part of the road until Dhekelia is locally referred as "Larnaca Beltway" and the second part till the end of the motorway as "Dhekelia - Famagusta Motorway". Its routing takes it past Aradippou, Oroklini, Xylotymvou, Ormidia, and Xylofagou. The Larnaca beltway section, until the final phase was completed, used to culminate in an acute bend which was a major accident blackspot.
The A5 links the A1 motorway with the A3 near Larnaca. It serves as the main route linking the cities of Limassol and Larnaca. It runs parallel to the older B5 Main Road.
Xylofagou is a sprawling Greek-Cypriot village situated close to the A3 Motorway between Dhekelia (Larnaca) and Paralimni / Agia Napa. It lies on the northern flank of a hill, on the edge of an area of a group of several similar villages known as the "Kokkinochoria", known for growing vegetables, especially potatoes, in red soil.
