The ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is an exhibition centre in Abu Dhabi. [1] It was opened by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates on February 18, 2007. It was designed by the international architecture firm, RMJM. [2] The venue is the largest exhibition centre in the Middle East with a total space of 153,678m2 indoor and outdoor space. ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi has a large seating capacity in its several locations in the venue. This includes, 13 interconnected exhibition halls, an atrium, concourse space, a 6000 capacity ICC, two conference halls as well 21 meeting rooms. Marina Hall, due to open in Autumn 2022, will be the largest hall of its kind in the region, a 10,000sqm space that enables organisers to create showcases both on and off the water. The hall will be connected to ADNEC via a footbridge and easily accessible from Khaleej Al Arabi Street. [3]

The Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is a planned art museum, to be located in Saadiyat Island cultural district in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The National Library And Archives (NLA) is a leading research and archival institution based in Abu Dhabi charged with preserving and documenting the history and heritage of the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf region in general. The NLA was established in 1968 by Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, first President of the UAE, under the name of Center for Documentation and Research (CDR). Forty years later, the late UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued Law No. (7) for 2008 designating the Center as the official National Archives of the UAE, under the name National Center for Documentation and Research (NCDR). The Abu Dhabi Motor Show is a biennial show held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is organized by Reed Exhibitions, and sponsored by companies like Al Hilal Bank and Yas Marina Circuit, in association with Emirates Auction and the Ministry of Interior Abu Dhabi. With over 42 exhibitors and 50,000 attendees from all over the world in 2010, and an approximately 93% good to excellent rating from exhibitors in 2008, the Motor Show is expanding by every year due to a reported increase in the number of exhibitors, as well as attendees by the year.

The Bride Show is the leading annual wedding event in the Middle East, comprising The Bride Show Abu Dhabi and The Bride Show Dubai. More than 300 exhibitors participate in the show annually. The main exhibitors are fashion designers, hairstylists, cosmetologists and wedding planners. Other exhibitors are bridal fashion boutique, bakeries, banking, beauty, florists, fashion accessories, media, photographic studio, events & weddings management firms, gowns as well as wedding dress designers and skin care products. It was organised by Informa Middle East.

Abu Dhabi Medical Congress, popularly known as Abu Dhabi Med, is a medical healthcare exhibition and conference held annually at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the only event in the world that brings Emergency services, Patient Safety, Primary Healthcare and Rehabilitation businesses, organizations and professionals together under-one-roof for scientific and commercial exchange. During the event, international and local companies to showcase their latest products and innovations within the Emergency, Primary Healthcare, Patient Safety, Rehabilitation and Dentistry sectors. The Congress also serves as a platform for scientific exchange via the accompanying multi-track conference programme dedicated to these healthcare areas. It is organised by Informa Exhibitions which also organises Arab Health. The Abu Dhabi Medical Congress is the fastest growing event of its kind.

INTERMAT Middle East is an annual international trade show for the construction and materials industries. It is currently held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) where the last show was held in October 2012. The next show is scheduled for January 14–16, 2014.

The Dubai World Game Expo (DWGE) is a multigenre convention held annually in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in the month of November. The DWGE showcases game and app developers, game publishers, game distributors, retailers, and other businesses related to interactive entertainment. The DWGE is the largest event for video games and digital entertainment industry in the Middle East & North African (MENA) region. The Expo predates the more well-known "Comic Con" event which had its first Middle East Film and Comic Con in 2012. The DWGE is held in order to introduce a wide variety of video games, online games, mobile games, edutainment & infotainment software, game related hardware, and next-generation platforms to the public and potential investors. Special events, game competition, presentation, and workshops will also be held during the show.

Ali Saeed bin Harmal Al Dhaheri is an Emirati businessman and former government official who has been serving as the inaugural and incumbent chairman of Abu Dhabi University since 2003. He had also been the managing director of Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC). Al Dhaheri is Vice Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2021.
