AKS Falcon are a Danish women's basketball team. It is a collaboration between Ajax Copenhagen Sports Gymnasium (AKS) and Falcon Basketball and was founded in 2021. The team won the Danish championship in 2022 [1] and 2023, [2] and the Danish Women's Basketball Cup in 2022. [3]

He has served as an assistant coach to the Icelandic men's national basketball team from 2014, helping the team to EuroBasket 2015 and EuroBasket 2017.

The Icelandic Men's Basketball Supercup is a professional basketball super cup competition that opposes the latest winners of the Úrvalsdeild – the top-tier Icelandic national men's domestic league – and the winners of the Icelandic Basketball Cup, the top-tier national men's cup competition in Iceland. Created in 1995, it is organised by the Icelandic Basketball Federation – who run the Úrvalsdeild and the Icelandic Cup, and it traditionally opens the season.

The 2023–24 Úrvalsdeild kvenna is the 67th season of the Úrvalsdeild kvenna, the top tier women's basketball league on Iceland. The season started on 27 September 2023 and concluded on 22 May 2024 with Keflavík winning the national championship after beating Njarðvík in the Úrvalsdeild finals, 3–0. Sara Rún Hinriksdóttir of Keflavík was named the Finals MVP.
