A Thousand Memories is the debut studio album by American country music artist Rhett Akins. It was released on January 3, 1995, by Decca Records.
The album produced four chart singles on the Billboard country charts in "What They're Talkin' About" at number 35), "I Brake for Brunettes" at number 36, "That Ain't My Truck" at number 3, and "She Said Yes" at number 17.
Akins co-wrote all the tracks on this album except for "Katy Brought My Guitar Back Today", which was previously recorded by Alabama on their 1994 album Cheap Seats .
Giving it 2 stars out of 5, Chris Dickinson of New Country described "What They're Talkin' About" as a "guilty pleasure" and compared it to Rick Springfield's "Jessie's Girl". He thought that Akins "has a knack for this sort of thing, but his ballads are harder to buy" due to his "youngish delivery". [2] Entertainment Weekly reviewer Alanna Nash rated it C+, saying that Akins was "not quite ready for prime time" due to his age, and that his "life experience rarely goes beyond falling in love in the back of a Ford". Breathe is the fourth studio album by American country music artist Faith Hill. It was released November 9, 1999, via Warner Bros. Records. It won a Grammy Award for Best Country Album. Breathe is one of the most successful country/pop albums to date. It has been certified 8× Platinum by the RIAA, for shipping eight million copies in the US. The album includes the singles "Breathe", "The Way You Love Me", "Let's Make Love", and "If My Heart Had Wings". "Breathe" and "The Way You Love Me" both reached number one on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart; the former also peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was the top pop song of 2000 according to Billboard Year-End. Several of the album's tracks also charted from unsolicited airplay.
The Trouble with the Truth is the eighth studio album by American country music artist Patty Loveless, released on January 23, 1996. It peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Top Country albums charts, and number 86 on the Pop charts. It was certified Platinum for shipments of over 1,000,000 copies in the U.S. The singles "Lonely Too Long" and "You Can Feel Bad" both made number 1 on the Hot Country Songs charts; "She Drew a Broken Heart" hit number 4. "A Thousand Times a Day" and the title track both made Top 20 hitting number 13 and 15 respectively.
War Paint is the fourth studio album released by American country music artist Lorrie Morgan. The album was released via BNA Records in 1994. It contains the singles "My Night to Howl," "If You Came Back from Heaven," and "Heart Over Mind." Also included are covers of George Jones' "A Good Year for the Roses", recorded here as a duet with Sammy Kershaw, and Jeannie Seely's "Don't Touch Me." The cassette version of the album omits the track "Exit 99."

Storm in the Heartland is the third studio album by American country music artist Billy Ray Cyrus. Released in 1994 on Mercury Records, it produced the singles "Storm in the Heartland", "Deja Blue", and "One Last Thrill", the first two of which entered the Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. The album itself was certified gold by the RIAA for sales of over 500,000 copies.
Lonestar is the debut studio album from the American country music band of the same name. Released in 1995 on BNA Records, it features five singles: "Tequila Talkin'", "No News", "Runnin' Away With My Heart", "Heartbroke Every Day", and "When Cowboys Didn't Dance", of which "No News" was a Number One hit on the Billboard country charts. The album has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America for shipping 500,000 copies in the United States.
The Coast Is Clear is the fifth studio album by American country music artist Tracy Lawrence. It produced five singles: "How a Cowgirl Says Goodbye", "Better Man, Better Off", "The Coast Is Clear", "One Step Ahead of the Storm" and "While You Sleep". Though the first two singles charted at #2 and #4 on the country chart, respectively, the title track was the first single of Lawrence's career to fall short of the Top Ten. "While You Sleep" missed the Top 40 entirely, and "One Step Ahead of the Storm" failed to chart at all. Lawrence did not release another studio album until Lessons Learned, in 2000.
Trail of Tears is the fourth studio album from country artist Billy Ray Cyrus. Michael Peterson is the debut studio album by the American country music artist Michael Peterson. Released in 1997 on Reprise Records, it features the singles "Drink, Swear, Steal & Lie", "From Here to Eternity", "Too Good to Be True", "When the Bartender Cries" and "By the Book", all of which charted on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. "From Here to Eternity" was a Number One on that chart in late 1997.
Cheap Seats is the fifteenth studio album by the American country music band Alabama, released in 1993 by RCA Records. It produced the singles "Reckless", "T.L.C. A.S.A.P." and the title track. Of these, "Reckless" was the band's final Number One hit on the Billboard country charts until 2011's "Old Alabama", and "The Cheap Seats" was the band's first single in fourteen years to miss Top Ten of the charts. Alabama produced the album along with Josh Leo and Larry Michael Lee, except for "Angels Among Us", which bassist Teddy Gentry produced.
Deep Thoughts from a Shallow Mind is the second studio album by American country music artist Doug Supernaw. It was released on September 13, 1994 and it produced the singles "What'll You Do About Me", "You Never Even Called Me by My Name", and "State Fair". "What'll You Do About Me" was previously a #76 single in 1984 for Steve Earle, and a #74 single in 1992 for The Forester Sisters.

The album includes four singles: "I'm Living Up to Her Low Expectations", "I Let Her Lie", "Too Much Fun" and "Workin' It Out", all of which charted on the Billboard country singles charts between 1995 and 1996. Although "I Let Her Lie" and "Too Much Fun" were both Top 5 country hits, the album only peaked at #44 on Top Country Albums.
Life Is Messy is the seventh studio album by American country music artist Rodney Crowell, released in 1992 by Columbia Records. It peaked at number 30 on the Top Country Albums chart. The songs, "Lovin' All Night", "What Kind of Love", "It's Not for Me to Judge", and "Let's Make Trouble" were released as singles.
