Biman Bangladesh Airlines, commonly known as Biman, is the national flag carrier of Bangladesh. With its main hub at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, the airline also operates flights from its secondary hubs at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chittagong and as well as Osmani International Airport in Sylhet. Kazi M Aminul Islam is a retired civil servant and former secretary to the Chief Advisor Fakhruddin Ahmed, head of the caretaker government from 2007 to 2008. He was the first chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority. He had the rank of a minister as chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority.
