Kwara State is a state in Western Nigeria, bordered to the east by Kogi State, to the north by Niger State, and to the south by Ekiti, Osun, and Oyo states, while its western border makes up part of the international border with Benin Republic. Its capital is the city of Ilorin and the state has 16 local government areas.

This premises had been abandoned and merely serve as a route to the Catholic Compound and was also used for administering a newly conceived secondary school in that name. The Nigerian Navy considered the site and found it suitable. After the return to democracy in 1999 he was elected governor of Kwara State, holding office from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2003.

Muhammad Dele Belgore is a Nigerian lawyer and politician. He was the 2011 Action Congress of Nigeria's (ACN) Kwara State governorship candidate in the 2011 Kwara State gubernatorial election. However he lost out to the PDP's Governorship candidate, Abdulfatah Ahmed who became the Governor of Kwara state. Belgore is a native of Ilorin in Kwara state.
