The tenth season of Acapulco Shore , a Mexican television programme based in Acapulco was announced in August 2022 and premiered on September 27, 2022. [1] Filming started in June 2022 in the coastal city of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, making this the second time the show is filmed in this city. Days after filming began rolling, a possible case of COVID-19 among cast members caused filming to be put on hold for a few days, before resuming. [2] [3] This season was announced in February 2022, via a Viacom press release. On August 28, 2022, the cast members were announced. [4] [5] This season marks the return of original cast member, Luis “Jawy” Méndez since his last appearance in Season 7. [6] New cast members this season include Andrés Cervantes, Abel Robles, Elizabeth Varela, who previously participated in AYTO? and Resistiré, Ricardo “Ricky” Ochoa and Sebastián Gálvez, [7] [8] Alejandra Varela and Roberto Mora debuted later. The trailer of the season was released on September 12, 2022. [9] Jaylin Castellanos and Rocío Sánchez were featured guests this season, while original castmember Fernando Lozada guest appeared in the final 2 episodes.
Ahead of the season premiere, during a press interview, original cast member Karime Pindter announced her engagement, plans for her upcoming wedding, and also revealed this was her final season on the show. [10] [11]

Acapulco Shore is a Mexican reality television series broadcast on MTV Latin America. It premiered on September 27, 2014, and is the Mexican adaptation of the American show Jersey Shore. The show follows the lives of eight participants who live in Acapulco, Mexico. The first season reached 7.2 million people in the Latin American region and was renewed for a second season, with the premiere airing on MTV on May 19, 2015. The tenth season premiered on September 27, 2022.
Super Shore is a reality television series broadcast on MTV Spain and MTV Latin America, which follows the daily lives of nine young people who intend to spend the summer living together in different parts of southern Europe, starting on the Greek island of Mykonos and later in the Spanish city of Madrid. It is an adaptation of the American program Jersey Shore featuring participants from Gandía Shore and Acapulco Shore, the Spanish and Mexican versions of that series, along with Brazilian Igor Freitas of reality Are You the One? Are You the One? El Match Perfecto is a Mexican reality television series on MTV Latin America. It is a Mexican version of the original American series. It follows 20 people who are living together in a tropical destination to find their perfect match. If the 10 men and 10 women are able to correctly choose all ten perfect matches in ten weeks, they will win $200 thousand to split among them. Each episode the cast will pair up with whoever they believe their perfect match is to compete in a challenge. The winners of the challenge will go on a date, and have a chance to test their match in the truth booth. The cast members will choose one of the winning couples to go to the truth booth to determine if they are a perfect match or not. This is the only way to confirm matches. Each episode ends with a matching ceremony where the couples will be told how many perfect matches they have, but not which matches are correct. It debuted in September 2016 on MTV Latin America.
Hierro is a Spanish-French mystery drama television series, created by Pepe Coira. It was produced by Movistar+, ARTE France, Portocabo and Atlantique Productions. The first season was released on Movistar+ on 7 June 2019. In September 2019, the series was renewed for a second season, and on 21 January 2021 a trailer was released. Bringing a closure to the series, the second season aired from 19 February to 19 March 2021.

The seventh series of Acapulco Shore, a Mexican television programme based in Acapulco was confirmed on 19 February 2020. It was filmed in February and March. The show began on 2 June 2020. This is the first series to include new cast members Fernanda Moreno, Ignacia Michelson, Isabel Castro, José Arana and Ramiro Giménez. This series marks the return of Talía Loaiza as main cast member, who leaves at the end of the previous series. Ahead of the series it was confirmed that the series would be filmed in a Mexican seaside town Mazatlán.
The eighth series of Acapulco Shore, a Mexican television programme based in Acapulco was confirmed on 19 January 2021. The eighth season began airing on 27 April 2021, as the show returned to the Acapulco area after 2 seasons, the season has been advertised with the subtitle: The family is back in Acapulco. The season was filmed in Acapulco, in compliance with local CDC Guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the first series that does not include the original cast members Luis Caballero, Luis Méndez, Manelyk González, Tadeo Fernández and Talía Loaiza, as well as Rocío Sánchez and Xavier Ulibarrí. Prior to the series premiere, it was announced that twelve new cast members Aarón “Capitán” Albores, Alba, Zepeda, Beni Falcón, Charlotte Caniggia, Diana Chiquete, Diego Garciasela from El Mundo Real, Eddie Schobert, Fernanda “Fer” Moreno, Isa Castro, Ignacia “Nacha” Michelson, Jacky Ramírez, Jaylin Castellanos, and Matheus Crivella from De Ferias com o Ex had joined the cast.
The sixth series of Acapulco Shore, a Mexico television programme based in Acapulco, Mexico was filmed in January and February 2019 and began airing on April 30, 2019. The series was filmed in the Mexican capital Mexico City instead of Acapulco, making this the first series to be filmed here after the special season Acapulco Shore: Nueva Generación in 2017. Ahead of the series, it was announced that former original cast members Luis Méndez and Talía Loaiza would be returning to the show. It was also confirmed that five new cast members had joined the series, including Dania Méndez, Xavier Meade, Jibranne Bazán, Anahí Izali, and Rocío Sánchez who had previously appeared in La Venganza de los Ex, the Mexican version of Ex on the beach. It was also announced that former cast members Danik Michell, Gabriela Ruiz, and Tania Gattas would all be making guest appearances throughout the series. On July 30, 2019, it was announced that Anahí Izali had been expelled from the house by her companions, then she was removed from the program. This series also marks the end for Brenda Zambrano, and original cast member Fernando Lozada.
The ninth series of Acapulco Shore, a Mexican television programme based in Acapulco was confirmed during the broadcast of one of the episodes of sideshow Acapulco Shock while the previous series aired in 2021. This series was filmed in Colombia throughout September 2021. This series will premiere on January 18, 2022, airing on MTVLA with episodes dropping on Paramount+ the same day.

The cast members attended the 2023 MTV MIAW Awards pink carpet, before being officially introduced a week later. It is the first season not to feature any original cast members. It marks the return of Leslie Gallardo, who only appeared in the fifth season, and also Isabel Castro, who left after last season. New cast members this season include Abigail Salazar, Andrea Otaola, Jesús Esparza, and Regina Coquet. The first trailer was released on August 6, 2023. Javier Barrera, Claudia Ariz and Sofía Lozano entered as a supporting cast. It also features the brief return of Jibranne Bazán.
Manelyk González is a Mexican television personality from Mexico City, known for being a cast member in the MTV reality series Acapulco Shore. She also took part in the first season of La casa de los famosos in 2021.
Porn and Ice Cream is an Argentine comedy television series created by Martín Piroyansky for Amazon Prime Video. Premiered on March 11, 2022, it stars Piroyansky, Ignacio Saralegui and Sofía Morandi.
