One Wish: The Holiday Album is the sixth studio album by American singer Whitney Houston, released on November 18, 2003 by Arista Records. The album is a Christmas album, and featured the single of her rendition of "One Wish ", which reached the top twenty on Billboard's US Adult Contemporary chart. The album spent six weeks on the Billboard 200 and, as of January 2018, is certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America for sales over 500,000 copies. One Wish also features a duet with Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, on "The Little Drummer Boy". The album also includes "Joy to the World" and "Who Would Imagine a King", both of which first appeared on 1996's The Preacher's Wife: Original Soundtrack Album.
Destiny's Child is the self-titled debut studio album by American R&B group Destiny's Child, released by Columbia Records and Music World Entertainment on February 17, 1998. It features the singles "No, No, No" and "With Me". It won Soul Train Lady of Soul Award for Best R&B/Soul Album of the Year due to both singles having a remix as well as having an original version. Both singles preceded the album. The album spent twenty six weeks on the US Billboard 200 chart and peaked at number sixty-seven. In the United Kingdom, it reached the top fifty, peaking at number forty-five on the albums chart due to strength of its lead single, "No, No, No". The album did go on to sell over one million copies in the United States and was re-packaged and re-released in several countries after the success of the follow-up album, The Writing's on the Wall (1999). The album was met with generally favorable reviews from music critics, including AllMusic and Rolling Stone.

Thunder is the debut studio album by supergroup S.M.V., consisted of bassists Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller and Victor Wooten. It was released on August 12, 2008 via Heads Up International. Recording sessions took place at Hannibal Studio and Threshold Sound + Vision in Santa Monica, at House of Blues Studios in Encino, at Westlake Studios and Le Gonks West in Los Angeles, at VixMix Studios in Nashville, and at Ryan's Place in Topanga. Change is Now: Renewing America's Promise is a compilation album released on April 28, 2009 through Hidden Beach Recordings in conjunction with the Presidential Inaugural Committee. The album includes previously released tracks from Wilco, Stevie Wonder, Death Cab for Cutie, and Common. An accompanying DVD features eight speeches by Barack Obama, starting with the campaign announcement in Springfield, Illinois and ending with the election night victory speech in Chicago. The album sold retail online and at inaugural events in Washington.
Reservations for Two is an album by Dionne Warwick, her eighth for the Arista label. It was recorded during the spring of 1987 and was released that summer.
