Agata Katarzyna Wojtyszek (born 23 October 1967) is a Polish politician. She was elected to the Sejm (9th term) representing the constituency of Kielce. [1] [2]
The Sejm, officially known as the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, is the lower house of the bicameral parliament of Poland.

The European Coalition was a short-lived political alliance and electoral list in Poland. It was established in 2019 by a group of former prime ministers and former foreign ministers, including Jerzy Buzek, Ewa Kopacz, Grzegorz Schetyna and Radosław Sikorski. They declared the will to construct "one broad list in European Parliament election, the aim of which would be to restore Poland's strong position in the European Union". Act of 11 August 2021 on the amendment of the "Broadcasting and the Cinematography Act" , better known by media term Lex TVN, is a controversial Polish media law amendment of the Polish Broadcasting Act. It removes loopholes that allowed companies from outside the European Economic Area to hold more than a 49% stake in Polish radio and television stations by use of dummy corporations. The government denies the measure is aimed at any one broadcaster, saying it seeks to prevent potential media acquisitions by non-EU countries such as Russia, China and Arab nations; however, many critics describe this amendment as an attempt to harass TVN in particular, given that it is the main television platform for the opposition to the ruling Law and Justice party.
Kaja Godek is a Polish ultra-conservative activist and leader of the foundation Życie i Rodzina. She proposed a law against abortion in 2013 and a law against LGBT marches in 2021. The anti-abortion proposal did not pass the first parliamentary reading while the anti-LGBT proposal did and is to be worked on by parliamentary committees. Presenting her anti-LGBT project in the lower house of Poland's parliament, Godek claimed that LGBT activists pay children to attend their parades.
