Agent Side Grinder is a Swedish electronic band from Bromma, Stockholm, which was formed in 2005. [1] The band has made seven albums and two remix albums, they've toured extensively throughout Europe.
Agent Side Grinder's first two albums, Agent Side Grinder [2] (2008) and Irish Recording Tape [3] (2009) were rooted in post-punk, industrial and dark electro.
Their third album Hardware (2012) showed a bigger and more textured sound. It was named "album of the month" in Vice Magazine, [4] topped several annual "best of-lists" including Dagens Nyheter, [5] Metro and Time Out Paris and won the Manifest-award [6] (Swedish indie-grammy) for best synth album in 2013. also on the album were Swedish musicians Skriet and Henric de la Cour. [7]
In 2015 they released Alkimia, [8] a dramatic and melodic album that exceeded the success of "Hardware" (another Manifest win [9] [10] ). The album contains a guest appearance by Nicole Sabouné.
After Kristoffer Grip, Henrik Sunbring and Thobias Eidevald decided to leave the band in 2017, Johan Lange and Peter Fristedt together with new singer Emanuel Åström returned in 2019 with their comeback album A/X. [11]
Agent Side Grinder has done seven European tours and played festivals such as M'era Luna Festival, Wave-Gotik-Treffen, [12] The Great Escape, Eurosonic, Les Transmusicales de Rennes, Entremurahlas, [13] Bimfest, [14] Drop Dead Festival and Arvikafestivalen. They have opened for bands such as Suicide and Laibach and collaborated with artists like Dirk Ivens, Kite and Henric de la Cour.
In 2020 the band released a second version of A/X titled 'REMA/X'. The album features 13 tracks, the majority of the tracks being remixes of songs from the previous album. REMA/X features remixes from bands such as Ash Code, She Pleasures Herself and many more. The album also includes a new song from Agent Side Grinder titled 'The Archives'.
In 2023 Agent Side Grinder released the album 'Jack Vegas' consisting of 8 new tracks. The album won the award for 'best synth' in the 2024 Manifestgalan Awards, this marks the bands third time winning the award and fourth time being nominated.

Clock DVA are a musical group from Sheffield, England, whose style has touched on industrial, post-punk, and EBM. They formed in 1978 by Adi Newton and Steven "Judd" Turner. Along with contemporaries Heaven 17, Clock DVA's name was inspired by the Russian-influenced Nadsat language of Anthony Burgess's novel A Clockwork Orange. Dva is Russian for "two".
The Last Dance is an American dark wave band from Southern California that was for several years signed to the now-defunct Dancing Ferret Discs label. Formed in 1990, they have released five albums, an EP, a remix album, and a documentary film was made of them in 2007 titled Almost Beautiful. Along with former labelmates the Crüxshadows and Ego Likeness, the band remains one of the more popular groups associated with the third wave of the gothic rock movement.

Kite are a Swedish synth-pop group composed of Nicklas Stenemo and Christian Berg. Daniel Savio, is a Swedish electronic musician, composer and DJ. He is recognized as the originator of the genre term skweee, describing the sparse electronic music style initially released on Scandinavian record label Flogsta Danshall. With their release of the single "The Bubble Bump" in 2006, the label also debuted Daniel Savio's solo material.

High-Functioning Flesh is an American industrial music duo, formed by Susan Subtract and Gregory Vand in Los Angeles, California. Forming in late 2012 following a Youth Code show, Subtract and Vand have released three studio albums, the most recent being 2017's Culture Cut. The duo are known for mixing dystopian, science fiction inspired lyrical concepts with 1980s musical sensibilities. They often refer to their music as being "electro-punk."
Cirrha Niva is a Dutch progressive metal band. The band was formed in 1993 by guitarists Peter Vennema and Rob Willemse. The band name is based on The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri and is a mutation/combination of the names Cirrha and Nisa, the two peaks of the mountain Parnassus that appear in the story.
Ash Code is an Italian dark wave band formed in 2014 in Napoli by the singer Alessandro Belluccio, the keyboardist Claudia Nottebella and the bass player Adriano Belluccio. Ash Code's music covers a wide range of genres including dark wave, post-punk, synth-pop and EBM.
