Ahmed Mohamed Obsiye (Somali :Axmed Maxamed Cabsiiye),was a Somalian politician. And senior member of the Somali Youth League,he served as speaker of the Somali Parliament during the Somali Republic's early civilian administration. He hails from Adan Issa subdivisions of the Issa Musse subclan of the Isaaq Somali.

The Issa Musse have produced many prominent Somali figures with the Undersecretary General of the United Nations Abdulrahim Abby Farah,the first Somali Prime Minister &second President of Somaliland Muhammad Haji Ibrahim Egal,current Ctrack Middle East Sales Manager Abdul Wahab Jama Abdi and the second tallest man in the world Hussein Bisad.

Sultan Abdulrahman Garad Deria was the Sultan of the Habr Awal Isaaq clan and second Habr Awal leader to adopt the Sultan title rather than Garaad. An influential figure that was heavily involved in advocating for the people of British Somaliland and their rights.
