Ahmed Romel (born July 8, 1989, in Dubai) is a Jordanian trance music and deep house producer known for his orchestral and oriental emotional trance music. He hosts the weekly radio show "Orchestrance" [1] and performs across the world including Tomorrowland, Luminosity Beach Festival, FSOE 400, 450 & 600, with his sold-out debut artist album RÜYA, released in August 2019.

Career

Ahmed Romel grew a passion for dance music since his young age. In 2007, he decided himself to trance with the main focus on euphoric and uplifting productions. [2] [3]

In 2009, he participated in the annual AH.FM (After Hours FM) Celebration "End Of The Year Countdown 2009", and won the 1st place by Listeners' Votes. [4] In the same year he got equipment and applications to start producing trance tracks. [2]

He has been involved with labels like FSOE Recordings , [5] Armada [6] as well as Abora Recordings and Blue Soho Recordings, where his first reputable release "Only For You" came out, in 2011. It topped radio shows as well as download charts and gained recognition from a number of DJs. [2]

Ahmed won "Future Favorite" by A State of Trance for his tracks like "Only For You", [7] "L'Absente" [8] or "Victory" [9] , which was voted on 28th as Tune Of The Year by A State of Trance of 2013 [10] and was considered as "one of the most melodic singles". He has also won "Future Favorite" for his remixes of Aiera - Dunes on Abora Recordings, [11] Harmonic Rush - The Dark Side of Persia on Edge EDM Records, [12] and Tony Nesse - Indestructible on FSOE Recordings . [13] In total, he has won the award 10 times.

In 2016, the listeners of A State of Trance voted his collaboration with Aly & Fila "Kingdoms" (Anthem of FSOE 450)" on 5th as Tune Of The Year of 2016. [14]

In 2019, Ahmed was ranked on 3rd place as "Best Trance DJ" at annual votings by Trance Podium. [15] In the same year he released his sold-out debut artist album RÜYA on Future Sound of Egypt Recordings, which was one of the most anticipated albums of 2019 year in trance music. Ahmed Romel performs at festivals such as EDC Las Vegas, [21] [22] Tomorrowland, [23] [24] FSOE 300 in Amsterdam, [25] FSOE 400 in Melbourne, [26] FSOE 450 Luxor, [5] FSOE 600 in Bangkok [27] also in addition to other gigs around the globe like in Germany, [28] Argentina [29] or in the Netherlands at Luminosity, [30] [31] what is considered as 'one of the best' Trance Festivals. The duo has played events across the world including Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, Global Gathering, and Luminosity Beach Festival. Four of their tracks were chosen as "Tune of the Year" on Armin Van Buuren's show A State of Trance: "We Control The Sunlight," which featured the vocals of Jwaydan Moyine in 2011, "Unbreakable," with Roger Shah and vocals by Susana in 2016, "Somebody Loves You", which featured vocals from Plumb in 2020, and "For All Time" with Armin Van Buuren and vocals by Kazi Jay in 2021.

Andrej Komatovič, widely known as Andy Blueman, is a Slovenian trance producer. His release Time to Rest was included in Armin van Buuren's trance compilation A State Of Trance 2008, and Everlasting was included in A State Of Trance Yearmix 2009. His work Florescence was also included in A State Of Trance Yearmix 2010. Five of his tracks were voted the track of the week on A State of Trance, and two of his other tracks won Trance Around the World's weekly web vote. Natalie Gioia is an electronic music vocalist and songwriter, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. At the age of 16, Natalie decided to try herself as a vocalist. Later, when she reached 20, she was invited as a solo singer to Japan's tour with show ballet Bourgeois. Tunisia was the next step in her career. Touring in the African country, Natalie met Italian impresario Flavio Demichelis, who invited her to collaborate in Italy. In the 2006 she signed contract and later released a new song Che donna vorei. It was a success in the eyes of critics. In 2009 Natalie came to Ukraine, where she met her love. This fact influenced Natalie's music tastes and she tried to sing on the EDM tracks. After her first EDM collaboration was released through Angelu music label, Natalie immediately caught the attention of producers like EDU and Tucandeo, which developed her professionalism in this genre of music. Understanding this song are not the ones, which could be the center of her music career, she started to collaborate with Alex M.O.R.P.H. As the result, track Dreams was released on the A State of Trance (Armada) label. Dreams of Alex and Natalie reached TOP5 tracks and was included to the Universal Religion Chapter 7.
