Aishath Rameela is a Maldivian politician who was the Minister of Agriculture and Animal Welfare from 2023 until her resignation in 2024. [2] [3] She resigned from the office due to health issues relating to cancer diagnosis.
Rameela started her career in 1990,as a nurse. [4]
She served as the Minister of State for Health during the Waheed and Yameen administration. [5] [6] [7] Rameela has a PhD and was the Registrar at the Maldives Medical and Dental Council. [8]
