Kid 'n Play is an American hip-hop duo from New York City who were most popular in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The duo is composed of Christopher Reid ("Kid") and Christopher Martin ("Play") working alongside their DJ, Mark "DJ Wiz" Eastmond. Besides their musical careers, they also branched out into acting.

"Start It Up" is the pilot episode of the American television series Shake It Up, a female buddy-show with a dance concept, starring Bella Thorne and Zendaya. As the series' opening episode, it introduces the main characters in the series, and follows Rocky and CeCe as they try out for "Shake It Up Chicago", after being encouraged by Deuce and Ty. Also in this episode, Flynn tries to avenge CeCe and Rocky for his breakfast.
Dance on Sunset is an American dance and music series hosted by Quddus on Nickelodeon that featured dance routines, called the "Fresh-Squeezed Dance", designed to be performed by its preteen and teenage viewers. Choreographer Tony Testa and the show's dance troupe, the Nick 6, demonstrated each routine slowly, repeating it several times during the episode. An "advanced" version of each routine was featured on the show's website. Episodes featured musical guests, which included Akon, Natasha Bedingfield, Miranda Cosgrove, Fall Out Boy, Fergie, Janet Jackson, Sean Kingston, Lil' Mama, Jesse McCartney, Menudo, Omarion, Panic! at the Disco and Ashlee Simpson, as well as dancing by a studio audience. The show premiered on March 29, 2008, immediately after the 2008 Kids' Choice Awards. The name 'On Sunset' came from the production location Nickelodeon on Sunset on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. The show was canceled due to low viewership. The series finale aired on June 21, 2008. The website has been discontinued & shut down as of December 21, 2017.

Antoine Franklin McColister, better known by his stage name Ace Hood, is an American rapper. He was born in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and raised in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He was signed by record producer DJ Khaled to his label We the Best Music Group in a joint venture with Def Jam Recordings in 2008.
George William Sampson is an English street dancer, television presenter, singer, and actor. He won the second series of Britain's Got Talent on 31 May 2008 at the age of 14. He is an official ambassador of the United Dance Organisation.
Into the Hoods -- "An Urban Fairy Tale" is a hip hop/musical created by London-based hip hop dance troupe ZooNation, and conceived and directed by the choreographer Kate Prince. The basic premise of the show is a hip-hop take on the Stephen Sondheim musical Into the Woods. The plot follows four children as they get lost in the hood and try to retrieve an iPod, a weave, a pair of trainers, and a hoodie, in exchange for a way home. On their travels, they meet a variety of characters, each with his or her own story or all of them.
StreetDance 3D is a 2010 British 3D comedy-drama film directed by Max Giwa and Dania Pasquini, and written by Jane English. It was released on 21 May 2010 in RealD 3D, XpanD 3D and Dolby 3D. Britain's Got Talent stars George Sampson, Diversity and Flawless made their debut appearances to the big screen.
Diversity are a British street dance troupe formed in 2007 and based in London. They are best known for winning the third series of Britain's Got Talent in 2009, beating Susan Boyle in the live final.
"We Dance On" is a song performed by British hip hop group N-Dubz, released as the group's eleventh overall single and the lead single from their third studio album, Love.Live.Life. The song was also the second single released from the soundtrack to the film StreetDance 3D. The song features English house music duo Bodyrox. The song was co-written and co-produced by the members of N-Dubz and Bodyrox. Additional vocals are provided by British recording artists Luciana and Nick Clow, both artists have also been credited as being involved in co-writing the song.
Flawless are an English street dance troupe based in the UK who competed on the third series of Britain's Got Talent in 2009. Flawless made the final of the competition, appearing alongside fellow street dance troupe Diversity.
Shake It Up is an American sitcom that originally aired on Disney Channel from November 7, 2010, to November 10, 2013. Created by Chris Thompson and starring Bella Thorne and Zendaya, the show follows the adventures of CeCe Jones and Rocky Blue (Zendaya) as they star as background dancers on a local show, Shake It Up Chicago. It also chronicles their misadventures on and off-set and their troubles and rising social status at school. Davis Cleveland, Roshon Fegan, Adam Irigoyen, Kenton Duty, and Caroline Sunshine play other main characters in the series. The show's original concept was for Disney to create a female buddy comedy with a dance aspect.
Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy, better known by their stage name (s) Twist and Pulse, are an English street dance duo based in London. They were the runners-up of the fourth series of Britain's Got Talent in 2010, coming second to Spelbound in the live final, but later won the spinoff show Britain's Got Talent: The Champions in 2019, becoming the Champion of Champions.
Friday Download is a British children's entertainment television programme, produced by Saltbeef Productions on CBBC. It premiered on 6 May 2011. The final presenting team consisted of Molly Rainford, Anaïs Gallagher, Harvey Cantwell, Akai Osei, Leondre Devries and Charlie Lenehan. The show ran for nine series from 2011 until 2015.

The film has been released in RealD 3D, XpanD 3D and Dolby 3D with Max Giwa and Dania Pasquini returning to direct. Britain's Got Talent stars George Sampson and Flawless return along with hip-hop dancer Sofia Boutella and Falk Hentschel. The cast also features b-boys such as Lilou, Niek and Yaman. The film is a production of Vertigo Films in association with BBC Films.
British Alexander Mitchell, better known by his stage name Brisco, is an American rapper from Opa-locka, Florida. In 2006, he guest performed on fellow South Florida native DJ Khaled's debut album—Listennn... the Album—and signed to Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, an imprint of Cash Money Records in a joint venture with Poe Boy Entertainment. His debut studio album, Street Medicine was scheduled for release in 2010; however, it was ultimately released nine years later as Black Roses under solely Poe Boy due to lack of commercial response.
Teneisha Phehoma Bonner was a Jamaican-born English hip-hop and street dancer of stage and screen. She worked with the groups ZooNation and the Bounce Streetdance Company and as a backup dancer for many top performers in the music industry. Bonner played a role in the film StreetDance 3D and danced in Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and Mary Poppins Returns.
