The Al Hekma Tower is a 64-floor tower under construction along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Al Hekma Tower started in 2006, while it was kept on hold in 2009 however the construction resumed in summer 2010. 282 metres (925 ft) tall.Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his holding company Pearl Properties, will be spearheading development efforts. The project had been running smoothly until February 2012 when it was suddenly halted as Pearl Properties wanted to take a look at introducing some major design changes, including turning it into a hotel. The suspension lasted approximately 14 months. The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended. Business Bay will have upwards of 240 buildings, comprising commercial and residential developments. The design of the tower was completed in 2005, but ground works did not begin until Spring 2006. The building began to rise above ground level in December 2006. The first glass was put on the building in April 2007, but this was only two windows. Not until September did major cladding begin. Tower will have a total of 244 apartments that come in various sizes. Built behind the tower will be an 11-floor parking garage, also built by Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC.

Bin Manama tower 1 was designed to have 77 floors and a total structural height of 384 m (1,260 ft). However, in December, 2010 the construction of the twin towers was cancelled.
