Al Sajaa (also known as Al Saja'a) is a settlement in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), located on the Sharjah/Dhaid highway and adjacent to the arterial behind Emirates Road (E611).
It is the location of a major industrial area as well as the planned 14 million square feet industrial zone, Al Sajaa Industrial Oasis (ASIO). [1]

Developed by Sharjah Asset Management Holding (SAM), the investment arm of the government of Sharjah, the zone aims to become the largest industrial area in the UAE.
With an initial inventory of 353 development plots intended for use as industrial units, [2] the size of plots in the zone's launch offering extended from 13,454 to 53,819 square feet. [3] Plots include industrial, mixed use and retail units. The zone intends to capitalise on Sajaa's location close to Sharjah International Airport, the Al Hamriyah Port and Free Zone and the E611, which links the emirates on the west coast of the UAE. [4]
The United Arab Emirates is situated in the Middle East and West Asia, bordering the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf, between Oman and Saudi Arabia; it is at a strategic location along the northern approaches to the Strait of Hormuz, a vital transit point for world crude oil. The Emirate of Ajman is one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. It joined the United Arab Emirates federation on December 2, 1971. It has an area of 259 square kilometers, which makes it the smallest of the emirates in terms of area, while its population of approximately 504,846 in 2017 according to the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Center makes it the fourth most populous emirate in the country. E 311 is a major road in the United Arab Emirates. It begins in New Al Falah in Abu Dhabi and extends north-eastward towards the Ras al-Khaimah emirate. E 311 has been called Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road since January 2013 and is commonly known as SMBZ Road. Prior to that it was called Emirates Road, but that name is now given to E 611, which was previously Dubai Bypass Road.
