Alban Lakata (born 25 June 1979 in Lienz) is an Austrian cyclist. Specializing in marathon mountain biking, he won the world championships for the event in 2010, 2015 and 2017. [1] He has also won the Leadville 100 race three times, and set the all-time course record in 2015. He also occasionally competes in road cycling, having entered the national road race championships several times, as well as the Pro Ötztaler 5500 in 2017. [2]
Christoph Sauser is a cross-country mountain biker who won the bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. He currently races on the Specialized Cross Country Team.
Kateřina Nash is a Czech cross-country skier and cyclist who competed from 1994 to 2003 in skiing and is still active in cycling for the Clif Pro Team. Competing in two Winter Olympics, she finished sixth in the 4 × 5 km relay at Nagano in 1998 and had her best individual finish of 20th in the 15 km event in Salt Lake City in 2002.
Pia Ann-Katrine Sundstedt is a professional former cyclist, who competes in road bicycle racing and mountain bike racing, as well as cross-country skiing events. Pauline Ferrand-Prévot is a French multi-discipline bicycle racer, who rides for UCI Mountain Bike team Ineos Grenadiers in cross-country cycling. Ferrand-Prévot has also competed in road bicycle racing and cyclo-cross during her career, winning the world title in each discipline. During the 2015 season, aged just 23, she became the first person ever – in the history of cycling – to simultaneously hold the World road title, World cyclo-cross title and World cross-country mountain bike title.
Eva Lechner is an Italian multi-discipline cyclist, who has won at least one national title in cyclo-cross, road bicycle racing and mountain bike racing. She won the team relay at the 2012 Mountain bike World Championships together with Luca Braidot, Marco Aurelio Fontana and Beltain Schmid.
Annika Langvad is a Danish former racing cyclist, who rode for Specialized Racing in cross-country mountain bike racing. Langvad is a five-time World Champion in mountain bike racing, winning four titles in mountain bike marathon and one in cross-country.

Samuel William Gaze is a New Zealand cross-country and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Alpecin–Deceuninck. He won the under-23 Cross-Country at the 2016 UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships and the 2017 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. He also competes on occasion in road racing events, winning the National Criterium Championships in 2017 and 2018.

Evie Richards is a British cyclist from Malvern, Worcestershire, England who specialises in mountain bike and cyclo-cross racing. She was the women's cross-country world champion at the 2021 Mountain Bike World Championships. Previously, Richards had been under-23 cyclo-cross world champion at the 2016 and 2018 World Championships. In 2022, Richards added a first Commonwealth Games gold in cross-country mountain bike to her palmarès.
