Albert James Freeman (19 July 1887 7 January 1945) was an English cricketer. He played one first-class match for Surrey in 1919. [1] He was killed by enemy action, dying at Miller Hospital, Greenwich, during World War II. [2]

Set before and during World War I, its plot follows Joey, a bay Irish Hunter horse raised by British teenager Albert as he is bought by the British Army, leading him to encounter various people throughout Europe, in the midst of the war and its tragedies.

<i>Before I Wake</i> (1955 film) 1955 British film

Before I Wake is a 1955 British mystery film directed by Albert S. Rogell and starring Mona Freeman, Jean Kent and Maxwell Reed. It was shot at Walton Studios in Surrey, with sets designed by the art director Scott MacGregor. It was released in the United States under the alternative title of Shadow of Fear. This was director Rogell's final film.

Albert Freeman was an English cricketer. He played 30 first-class matches for Surrey between 1871 and 1875.
