Alexander Dierks (born 2 October 1987) is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Since 2024,he has served as president of the Landtag of Saxony. [1] He has been a member of the Landtag of Saxony since 2014, [2] and has served as general secretary of the Christian Democratic Union in Saxony since 2017. [3] From 2011 to 2017,he was the leader of the Young Union in Saxony. [4] From 2014 to 2019,he was a member of the city council of Chemnitz. [5]
