Alexander Gehbauer (born 24 April 1990) is an Austrian cross-country mountain biker. [1] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's cross-country at Hadleigh Farm, finishing in 9th place. [2] At the 2016 Summer Olympics, he failed to finish. [1]

Julien Arnaud Absalon is a French former cross-country mountain biker, who competed as a professional from 2001 to 2018. He is considered to be one of the most successful cross-country cyclists of all time. Throughout his career, Absalon gold medals at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics, five World Championships, seven UCI World Cup overall titles and 33 World Cup rounds, which was an all-time record before being broken by Nino Schurter in 2023. He also won all fourteen French cross-country championships between 2003 and 2016, and five European Championships.

Annie Last, is an English professional cyclist, representing Great Britain and England, who specialises in mountain biking and cyclo-cross. She was chosen as a female competitor in the cross country mountain bike event for the Great Britain team at the 2012 Summer Olympics, going on to take 8th place.
Pauline Ferrand-Prévot is a French multi-discipline bicycle racer, who rides for UCI Mountain Bike team Ineos Grenadiers in cross-country cycling. Ferrand-Prévot has also competed in road bicycle racing and cyclo-cross during her career, winning the world title in each discipline. During the 2015 season, aged just 23, she became the first person ever – in the history of cycling – to simultaneously hold the World road title, World cyclo-cross title and World cross-country mountain bike title.

Manuel Fumic is a German cross-country cyclist. He finished 8th at the 2004 Summer Olympics and 11th at the 2008 Olympic Games. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the men's cross-country at Hadleigh Farm, finishing in 7th place. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, he finished in 13th place.
Geoff Kabush is a Canadian cyclo-cross cyclist and cross-country mountain biker. At the 2000 Summer Olympics, he finished in 9th place in the cross-country race. Ondřej Cink is a Czech cross-country mountain biker and road racing cyclist. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's cross-country at Hadleigh Farm, finishing in 14th place. He finished in the same position at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Marios Athanasiadis is a Cypriot cross-country mountain biker. One of the two contenders for the country's 2016 Summer Olympics quota spot, he developed chronic fatigue earlier in 2016 and the nomination went to Sam Gaze instead. Cooper represented New Zealand at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, finishing sixth in the Men's Cross-country Mountain Bike final.
Jolanda Neff is a Swiss cyclist, who primarily rides in the cross-country cycling and cyclo-cross disciplines, for the Trek Factory Racing team. She won the gold medal in the women's cross-country event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Samuel William Gaze is a New Zealand cross-country and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Alpecin–Deceuninck. He won the under-23 Cross-Country at the 2016 UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships and the 2017 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. He also competes on occasion in road racing events, winning the National Criterium Championships in 2017 and 2018.
Evie Richards is a British cyclist from Malvern, Worcestershire, England who specialises in mountain bike and cyclo-cross racing. who became the women's cross-country world champion at the 2021 Mountain Bike World Championships. Previously, Richards had been under-23 cyclo-cross world champion at the 2016 and 2018 World Championships. In 2022, Richards added a first Commonwealth Games gold in cross-country mountain bike to her palmarès.
Grant Ferguson is a Scottish cross-country mountain biker and cyclo-cross cyclist. He represented Scotland at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and finished 5th in the cross-country race He represented Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the cross-country race.
Jenny Rissveds is a Swedish cross-country mountainbike rider. She won the gold medal in the under-23 mountainbike race at the World Championships in 2016.
Mathias Flückiger is a Swiss mountain bike racer. He rode at the cross-country event at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and 2020 Summer Olympics, where he won a silver medal. His brother Lukas is also a cyclist. In 2022 he was suspended for doping.
Alan Hatherly is a South African professional mountain bike racer. He rode at the cross-country event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He finished in 26th place with a time of 1:42:03. In 2018, Alan achieved a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games, subsequently going on to be crowned the 2018 Under 23 Cross Country World Champion.
Jordan Sarrou is a French mountain biking competitor, who currently rides for UCI Mountain Bike team Absolute–Absalon–BMC. He won the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships at Leogang, Austria in 2020. He has also competed in road cycling infrequently, finishing third in the 2014 Ruota d'Oro.
