Hon. Alice Karamuzi Kaboyo is a Ugandan politician. She is the current State Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister for the Luweero Triangle and Rwenzori Region. She is an administrator experienced in coordinating mobilisation and monitoring social services and overseer of the Ministry of Luwero Rwenzori Triangle.
She is the current Minister of State for Luwero Triangle, a position she has held since January 2021.In her term in office, she has effectively interfaced with civilian veterans and coordinated government support for their homesteads with the aim of improving livelihoods, participated in reviews of the effectiveness of resource use in different state and donor-funded projects and programmes, and prepared reports with the major aim of sourcing livelihood for the people of the Luwero Rwenzori triangle.
Until her appointment as Minister Hon. Alice Kaboyo was the head of the NRM Archives a department that houses historical facts for the revolution.
Alice Auma was an Acholi spirit-medium who, as the head of the Holy Spirit Movement (HSM), led a millennial rebellion against the Ugandan government forces of President Yoweri Museveni from August 1986 until November 1987. The primary spirit she purportedly channelled was that of a dead army officer called "Lakwena", meaning messenger, which the Acholi believe to be a manifestation of the Christian Holy Spirit. The combined persona of Alice Auma channelling the spirit Lakwena is often referred to as "Alice Lakwena". Auma's HSM was ultimately defeated in November 1987 by Ugandan forces led by Yoweri Museveni.

Currently she is a Senior Presidential Advisor Before that, she previously served as the Minister for General Duties in the Office of the Prime Minister from 16 February 2009 until 27 May 2011. the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Affairs from 6 June 2016 until December 2019. Minister of Trade and Industry from June 2006 until February 2009. In May 2011, she temporarily retired from politics and was replaced in the cabinet by Kiddu Makubuya. She also served as the elected member of Parliament for Mukono South Constituency in Mukono District, from 2006 until her retirement in 2011.
Kiddu Makubuya was a Ugandan lawyer, politician, and academic. He served as minister for general duties in the office of the prime minister. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011, replacing Janat Mukwaya who retired from elective politics. Before that, from 2005 until 2011, he served as Uganda's Attorney general. He resigned from cabinet on 16 February 2012 amid allegations of misappropriation of government funds. He was also member of parliament, representing Katikamu County South, Luweero District.
Musa Francis Ecweru, is an accountant and politician in Uganda, the third-largest economy in the East African Community. He is the current Minister of State for Works and Transport (Works) in the Ugandan Cabinet where he previously served as the State Minister for Relief and Disaster Preparedness since 1 June 2006 In the cabinet reshuffles of 16 February 2009, 27 May 2011, and 2016. He is also the elected Member of Parliament (MP), representing Amuria County, Amuria District since 2006.
Mary Busingye Karoro Okurut, more commonly known as Mary Karoro Okurut, is a Ugandan educator, author and politician. She is the former Cabinet Minister in Charge of General Duties in the Office of the Prime Minister, in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. Prior to that, from 1 March 2015 until 6 June 2016, she served as Cabinet Minister for National Security. She was appointed to that position on 1 March 2015, replacing Wilson Muruli Mukasa, who was appointed Minister of Gender and Social Issues. Between 2012 and 2015, she served as the Minister of Gender and Social Issues in the Cabinet of Uganda. She was appointed to that position in 2012. She replaced Syda Bumba, who resigned from Cabinet. Mary Karoro Okurut also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Bushenyi District Women's Constituency. In the 2020 National resistance movement NRM party flag bearer elections, Karooro lost to Annet Katusiime Mugisha who was elected Bushenyi district woman member of parliament in the 2021 Uganda presidential and parliamentary elections.
John Chrysestom Muyingo is a Ugandan educator and politician. He is the State Minister for Higher Education in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He previously served as the State Minister for Primary Education from 1 March 2015 until 5 June 2016. Before that, from 27 May 2011 until 1 March 2015, he served as the State Minister for Higher Education, having replaced Mwesigwa Rukutana in May 2011. Muyingo was also the elected Member of Parliament for Bamunanika County, Luweero District. In the 2021 general elections he lost the seat to his former campaign manager and personal assistant, Robert Ssekitoleko who run on the National Unity Platform party ticket.

Sarah Ndoboli Kataike is a Ugandan politician. She is the current State Minister for Luweero Triangle, in the Cabinet of Uganda. She was appointed to that position on 25 July 2013. Prior to that, from 15 August 2012 until 25 July 2013, she served as the State Minister of Health for General Duties. She replaced Richard Nduhura, who was appointed Uganda's Ambassador to the United Nations. She is also the elected Member of Parliament for Budaka District Women's Constituency on the National Resistance Movement (NRM) political party ticket.

She served as woman MP for Otuke District in the 9th parliament, and in the 10th parliament, she served as the MP for Tororo North. She is currently the Tororo woman member of parliament in the 11th Parliament of Uganda.

She is the head of sports and recreation at Makerere University, the first female vice president of the International University Sports Federation, and as of 2021 is serving her fifth term as president of the Association of Uganda University Sports.
Brenda Nabukenya is a Ugandan politician and legislator. She represents the people of Luwero district as district woman representative for Luwero district in the parliament of Uganda. She subscribes to the National Unity Platform party on whose ticket she was voted into parliament in the 2021 Uganda general elections. National Unity platform is headed by Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi wine.
