Alishetty Prabhakar was a painter, photographer and progressive Telugu language writer. [1] He died at the age of 39 due to prolonged illness.
He was born in Jagital from Jagital district. He discontinued his studies at intermediate level. Initially he started with photographing Festive vibes, Nature and also as a Paparazzi
At first he started his career as an artist. He mainly painted pictures of festivals, nature, and actors. He then had met with "Sahithi Mitra Deepthi" through which he had entered into poetry. He established a studio in Jagithyala "Studio purnima" then in Karimnagar "Studio Shilpi" and also in Hyderabad "Studio Chitralekha". After he joined 'sahithi mitramaa deepthi' he started to write poems. He was also a painter. He wrote articles and poems in the Andhra Jyothi newspaper such as "City Life", and published over 420 items.
His first poem was "Parishkaram" which was published in Andhrasacharithra a weekly newspaper in 1974. He established photo studios and wrote poems. His famous writing were 'Era Pavuralu' (his first writing) in 1978, "Mantala Jendalu", "Churakalu" in 1979, "Raktharekha" in 1985, "Enekala Endamavi" in 1989, "Sankshobha Ghetam" in 1990, "City Life" in 1992. In "City Life" he described Hyderabad in Telangana.

Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani is a distinguished academician, public intellectual, and the first (founder) Chairman (2014–2020) of Telangana State Public Service Commission.He was also known as a journalist, writer, public speaker, policy expert and political analyst. At present, he is working as a senior professor of Sociology and director, Academic at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad. Associated with people's movements, democratic movements, and rights movements, he became a public intellectual in the region. Since the Bhuvanagiri meeting in 1997, he has been directly associated with the Telangana separate statehood movement and emerged as one of the protagonists of the Telangana agitation, as a writer, public speaker, columnist, and television analyst, he played multiple roles in the spread of Telangana ideology. He is one of the founders of the Peace Initiative Committee, which negotiated with the government and Maoist Naxalites for peace talks in 2004–05. During the talks, the Government of Andhra Pradesh (AP) appointed him as the convenor for the Cease-Fire Monitoring Committee. After the formation of a separate state for Telangana, the government of Telangana appointed Dr. Chakrapani as the first Chairman of TSPSC. Telugu Christians or Telugu Kraistava are a religious community who form the third-largest religious minority in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. According to the 2001 Census of India, there are over a million Christians in Andhra Pradesh, constituting around 1.51% of the state's population. This is a decrease from the 1971 census figure which put the percentage of Christians in state as 2%, and this decrease is mainly a result of low birth rates and emigration.

He is a retired Lecturer in Economics and recipient of State Best Teacher Award given by Government of Andhra Pradesh, India in 1984. He is also a poet who has written books in Telugu Language. He has authored about 17 books in Economics and 18 books in Telugu Literature.
Telangana Language Day is celebrated on 9 September every year in Telangana, India. This date was chosen on the occasion of renowned writer, poet of the Telangana Kaloji Narayana Rao's 100th birth anniversary. The Government of Telangana provides funds and awards for the improvement of Telangana dialect of Telugu.
Visalaandhra is an Indian Telugu-language daily newspaper established on 22 June 1952 in Vijayawada. The state Communist party of India decided to rename then daily Prajasakti to Visalaandhra with the slogan of having a single state for the Telugu speaking people. This newspaper was phenomenal in naming the newly formed state as Andhra Pradesh. It played a key role in opposing both the 1969 Separate Telangana movement and 1972 Jai Andhra movement. As of 2015, it is being published from 7 centres. The daily also celebrated its diamond jubilee year in 2012.

Nandini Sidda Reddy is a teacher, writer, poet, songwriter and social activist from the state of Telangana, India. He is known for promoting Telugu culture. Several of his songs have been featured in Telugu language films. He was one of the leaders of the Telangana movement to make Telangana a separate state from Andhra Pradesh, which took place in 2014. He was the first Chairman of the Telangana Sahitya Akademi.
Asavadi Prakasa Rao was an Indian poet, critic, translator and scholar, who is known for his poetry and prose works. He is noted for his significant contribution to Telugu and Sanskrit literature. In January 2021, he was awarded India's fourth-highest civilian award the Padma Shri in the Arts and Literature category. As Ashtavadhani, he has given 170 performances and has written and published 50 books across various genres. His most notable literary contribution is his performance of Avadhanam – a literary performance. He has received an honorary D Litt from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University and a Distinguished Teacher award from the Department of Higher Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
