The Rural Municipality of Rhineland is a former rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Manitoba. Since 1876, the area made up part of the Mennonite West Reserve. The R.M. of Rhineland was originally incorporated as a rural municipality on February 14, 1880 and later absorbed the neighbouring RM of Douglas in January 1891. It ceased on January 1, 2015 as a result of its provincially mandated amalgamation with the towns of Gretna and Plum Coulee to form the Municipality of Rhineland.
Holy Trinity Anglican Church is a large historic Carpenter Gothic style Anglican church building located at 173 Gosford Road in the village of Maple Grove in Irlande, Quebec, near Thetford Mines in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada. It was designed by noted Montreal architects Louis Auguste Amos and Alfred Arthur Cox of the firm Amos and Arthur and was built of wood between 1902 and 1904 by local craftsmen Its steep pitched roof and lancet windows are typical of Carpenter Gothic churches. Adjacent to the church are its historic cemetery and its historic stone rectory. The cemetery is still active and is maintained by the Maple Grove Anglican Cemetery Foundation. The rectory is a bed and breakfast called Manoir d'Irlande. The church is no longer active, but is still consecrated and is opened several times a year for services including a reunion in August. In 2003, the Anglican Diocese of Montreal gave a 99-year lease on the church to the Maple Grove Heritage Foundation, which is in the process of doing restoration work. The first project completed has been the restoration of the stained glass windows.

Built in 1884 of logs and wood, its steep pitched roof and lancet windows are typical of Carpenter Gothic style churches, albeit a very plain example. The church's historic Erinview Cemetery contains the graves of many area pioneers.

Built in 1893–94 of wood, St. John's is the only church in Peggys Cove. Its steep pitched roof, board and batten siding and lancet windows are typical of Carpenter Gothic churches. The church contains two murals painted in 1963 by noted Canadian artist and local resident William E. deGarthe.
Beth Israel Synagogue is a historic Carpenter Gothic style Orthodox synagogue located in Edenbridge in the rural municipality of Willow Creek, near Melfort, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Edenbridge Hebrew Colony was founded in 1906 by Jewish immigrants who came from Lithuania via South Africa. Completed in 1908, the synagogue's wooden frame exterior, steep pitched roof and end lancet windows are typical of the plain Carpenter Gothic style buildings built by other religious groups in Saskatchewan and the rest of rural North America during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The elegant interior, however, reflects the Eastern European roots of the Orthodox congregation. Today Beth Israel is the "oldest surviving synagogue in Saskatchewan."
The former Rydal Bank Church, also known as the Rydal Bank Presbyterian Church and the Rydal Bank United Church, is an historic Carpenter Gothic-style church building located at 1634 Highway 638, in Rydal Bank in the township of Plummer Additional, north of Bruce Mines, Ontario, Canada. Completed in 1908, its wooden frame exterior, corner entry-bell tower, steep pitched roof and lancet windows are typical of Carpenter Gothic style churches. It was built to serve a Presbyterian congregation which joined the United Church of Canada in 1925 when that new denomination was formed.
