Allama Iqbal Town is a housing complex in Pakistan built for victims of severe floods in July 2010. It is situated on the N-70 National Highway near Muzaffargarh. It contains 296 houses, a masjid, a school, a town hall, a commercial market and six plots for recreational parks. [1]
After the flood that killed nearly 2,000 people and affected at least 20 million Pakistanis in 2010, a Turkish Non-governmental organization Kimse Yok, built a small housing complex on a 110-decare area near Muzaffargarh at a cost of Rs 550 million. Constructed in 18 months, the village was inaugurated on September 14, 2013. [2]

Allianoi, is an ancient spa settlement, with remains dating predominantly from the Roman Empire period located near the city of Bergama in Turkey's İzmir Province. The site is at a distance of 18 kilometers to the northeast of Bergama, on the road to the neighboring town of İvrindi. Allianoi is directly inside the reservoir of the Yortanlı Dam, built by the Turkish State Hydraulic Works. After ongoing discussion in Turkey with regards to preserving Allianoi's ruins, the site was covered with sand and the dam was activated, resulting in Allianoi's complete inundation and destruction in February 2011.
Head Taunsa Barrage is a barrage on the River Indus in Taunsa Tehsil of Dera Ghazi Khan District, Punjab province of Pakistan. It is situated 20 kilometres southeast of Taunsa Sharif and 16 kilometres from Kot Addu. This barrage controls water flow in the River Indus for irrigation and flood control purposes. Taunsa Barrage was designated a Ramsar site on 22 March 1996.
Pallandri, also spelled Palandri, originally Pulandari, is a Tehsil which serves as administrative capital of Sudhanoti district of Azad Kashmir. Karacaoğlan was a 17th-century Anatolian Turkish folk poet and ashik. His exact dates of birth and death are unknown but it is widely accepted that he was born around 1606 and died around 1680. He lived around the city of Mut near Mersin. His tomb, which was organized as a mausoleum in 1997, is at Karacaoğlan hill in the village of Karacaoğlan, Mut, Mersin. In this regard, he was the first known folk poet and ashik whose statue was built.

The floods in Pakistan began in late July 2010, resulting from heavy monsoon rains in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Punjab and, Balochistan regions of Pakistan, which affected the Indus River basin. Approximately one-fifth of Pakistan's total land area was affected by floods, with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province facing the brunt of the damage and casualties. Nationwide, there were 1,985 deaths. According to Pakistani government data, the floods directly affected about 20 million people, mostly by destruction of property, livelihood and infrastructure.

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Hospital, Muzaffargarh also known as Turkey Hospital is a tertiary care hospital, serving Muzaffargarh, Pakistan and adjoining cities. The hospital was built with the financial assistance from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This hospital was completed by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency. Its expansion started in 2017 and was completed in 2018.
