Altez, is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Singapore and tied for the tallest residential building with Skysuites @ Anson. [2] The building sits at the city centre of Tanjong Pagar, Downtown Core.
The building was completed in 2014. The structure is primarily made from poured concrete and steel. It is 250 m (820 ft) tall and is 3,036 m2 (32,681 sq ft). [3] Altez is tied for the 7th tallest building in Singapore.
AXA Tower, also known as 8 Shenton Way and formerly The Treasury and Temasek Tower, was the 16th-tallest skyscraper in the city of Singapore, at 234.7 m (770 ft), and the tallest cylindrical building in the world. In 2023, it became the tallest building to ever be voluntarily demolished.
Capital Tower is a 52-storey, 254 m (833 ft) skyscraper completed in 2000 in the Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar financial district of Singapore, located at Robinson Road next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. With 38 floors, it is the tallest among the three hotels which are part of the Marina Square development, the other two being the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay and Mandarin Oriental Singapore. The hotel has 790 rooms and suites, arranged around an atrium extending 35 floors of the building.

Residents moved into Marina Bay Tower a few weeks later. The structure of The Sail is 245 m (804 ft) with 70 storeys and is one of Singapore's tallest condominia/apartment buildings. This development offers panoramic city view of Marina Bay and the sea. It is close to some of Singapore's famous landmarks such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade, Telok Ayer Market and the Singapore River. The Downtown MRT station is built a few meters to the West of the building. The building was erected on reclaimed land, and the Central Linear Park is built on the South Side next to the building.

The World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India. Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020.
