Alun Owen is a Welsh cyclist who represented Wales in the 1994 and 1998 Commonwealth Games in Victoria and Kuala Lumpur. [1]

Since the folding of Team Endura Winn has been director of Sugar Loaf Road, which organises bike riding weekends in the Black Mountains.
