An omnium is a multiple race event in track cycling. Historically the omnium has had a variety of formats. In recent years, road racing has also adopted the term to describe multi-day races that feature the three primary road race events.
Tatsiana Valerevna Sharakova is a Belarusian racing cyclist, who rides for Belarusian amateur team Minsk Cycling Club. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics on the track in the women's team pursuit for the national team.
Jasmin Duehring is a German-born Canadian cyclist, who currently rides for American amateur team Twenty20 Pro Cycling. Duehring was part of the Canadian team that won bronze medals at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's team pursuit. She was also part of the team that won gold at the 2011 Pan American Games in the team pursuit.
Jolien D'hoore is a Belgian former track and road cyclist, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2021 for the Topsport Vlaanderen–Ridley, Lotto–Belisol Ladies, Wiggle High5, Mitchelton–Scott and SD Worx teams. D'hoore is a 29-time national track champion as well as a four-time national road champion at all competition levels. She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and during her career was one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton. Since retiring as a rider, D'hoore now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–NXTG.
Marlies Mejías García is a Cuban road and track cyclist, who last rode for UCI Women's Team TWENTY20 p/b Sho-Air. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's Omnium, finishing in 8th place overall.
Julie Leth is a Danish racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Ceratizit–WNT Pro Cycling. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's road race in Florence. Leth joined the Wiggle High5 team in 2017. In December 2018, Bigla Pro Cycling announced that Leth would join them for the following season, after Wiggle High5 folded.
Lotte Kopecky is a Belgian road and track racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam SD Worx. In December 2017, she was named the Belgian Talent of the Year. She is a multiple world champion on the track, having won golds in the points race in 2021 and the madison in 2017. She participated in the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, finishing 4th in the individual road race. In 2022, she won the Strade Bianche and Tour of Flanders classics.
Tamara Dronova is a Russian track and road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Roland Cogeas Edelweiss Squad in road racing, and UCI Track Team Marathon–Tula in track cycling. After winning several medals as a junior and under-23 at the European Track Championships she won as an elite rider the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the 2014 UEC European Track Championships. Besides track cycling she also rides on the road and competed in 2013 at the Russian National Road Race Championships and Russian National Time Trial Championships.

Jennifer Marie Valente is an American professional racing cyclist who is the gold medal winner of the women's omnium at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Valente has ridden for UCI Women's Team Twenty20 Pro Cycling. She has won multiple gold medals in team pursuit championships, and won an Olympic silver medal in the team pursuit in 2016.
Miryam Maritza Núñez Padilla is an Ecuadorian professional racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Massi–Tactic. She rode in the women's road race at the 2015 UCI Road World Championships.
Doltcini–Van Eyck–Proximus is a Belgian UCI Women's Continental Team formed in 2016, which competes in elite women's road bicycle racing events, such as the UCI Women's World Tour.
Ignacio de Jesus Prado Juárez is a Mexican professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Canel's–Zerouno. He won the silver medal in the men's scratch event at the 2016 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He won the 2015 Pan American U23 Time Trial Championships gold medal.
Chloé Dygert is an American professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Canyon–SRAM. She has won seven gold medals at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships and a silver medal at the Olympic Games. She also won the Women's junior road race and Women's junior time trial at the 2015 UCI Road World Championships.

It was founded in 2019 by brothers Justin Williams and Cory Williams with the goal of increasing diversity and inclusion in cycling. The "39" in the name represents 39th Street in Los Angeles, where the Williams brothers grew up.
