34+13 innings pitched. [8] He began the 2023 season with the Double–A Harrisburg Senators, and logged 14 strikeouts and 5 saves in 10+23 scoreless innings pitched across 10 contests. [9] On May 14, 2023, Willingham was promoted to the Triple–A Rochester Red Wings. [10] In 10 games with Rochester, he recorded a 3.46 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 13.0 innings of work. [11]

On June 26, 2023, Willingham was selected to the 40-man roster and promoted to the major leagues for the first time. [12] [13] In 18 appearances during his rookie campaign, he struggled to a 6.66 ERA with 15 strikeouts across 24+13 innings pitched. Willingham was optioned to Triple–A Rochester to begin the 2024 season. [14]
