Anastasia Masaro (born November 12, 1974) is a production designer who was nominated for both an Academy Award [1] and a British Academy Film Award [2] for the film The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus . [3]

The Academy Award for Best Production Design recognizes achievement for art direction in film. The category's original name was Best Art Direction, but was changed to its current name in 2012 for the 85th Academy Awards. This change resulted from the Art Directors' branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) being renamed the Designers' branch. Since 1947, the award is shared with the set decorators. It is awarded to the best interior design in a film.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is a 2009 fantasy film directed by Terry Gilliam and written by Gilliam and Charles McKeown. The film follows a travelling theatre troupe whose leader, having made a bet with the Devil, takes audience members through a magical mirror to explore their imaginations and present them with a choice between self-fulfilling enlightenment or gratifying ignorance.

He won the 1998 Academy Award for Best Art Direction-Set Decoration for Shakespeare in Love, and was nominated at the 74th Academy Awards for his work on the film Quills. He has also been nominated three times for the Art Directors Guild Award for Excellence in Production Design, and three times for a BAFTA Award for Best Production Design.

William John Creber was an American art director and production designer. He was nominated for three Academy Awards in the category Best Art Direction. In 2004 he received an Art Directors Guild Lifetime Achievement Award and in 2020 he was inaugurated into their hall of fame. He is largely responsible for the design of the miniature model Flying Sub in the 1960s television series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea and the miniature model Gemini 12 spaceship in the later television series Lost in Space. He died of complications of pneumonia on March 7, 2019, in Los Angeles.

"Reflektor" is a song by the Canadian indie rock band Arcade Fire. It was released on September 9, 2013, as the first single from and the title track to the band's fourth studio album. Produced by James Murphy, Markus Dravs and the band itself, the song features a guest vocal appearance by David Bowie and was released on a limited edition 12" vinyl credited to the fictional band The Reflektors. Two music videos were made for the song, one regular and one interactive, both being released on the day of the song's release. "Reflektor" was met with positive reviews, with critics often complimenting its musical approach. It also came second in NME's list of best singles of 2013. The song had a positive commercial performance, charting in several countries.

Alice Baker is a set decorator best known for her work on the film 12 Years a Slave. With production designer Adam Stockhausen, Baker was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Production Design for her work on the period drama.
