Carl Friedrich Benz, sometimes also Karl Friedrich Benz, was a German engine designer and automotive engineer. His Benz Patent Motorcar from 1885 is considered the first practical automobile put into series production. He received a patent for the motorcar in 1886.

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a series of compact executive cars produced by Daimler AG. Introduced in 1993 as a replacement for the 190 (W201) range, the C-Class was the smallest model in the marque's line-up until the W168 A-Class arrived in 1997. The C-Class is built at Mercedes-Benz factories in Sindelfingen and Bremen, Germany as well as numerous satellite factories in other countries. The first C-Class (W202) sedan was produced on 1 June 1993 and the first second generation (W203) rolled off the assembly line on 18 July 2000. Mercedes-Benz U.S. International (MBUSI) is a Mercedes-Benz automobile manufacturing plant near Vance, Alabama. It is located about 34 miles (55 km) west of Birmingham and about 19 miles (31 km) east of downtown Tuscaloosa. The factory was announced in 1993 and produced its first vehicle, an ML320, in February 1997.
The International MobilityShow Germany or simply International Mobilty Show, in German known as the Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung, is the world's largest mobility show. It is held annually, with mobility solutions being displayed as the IAA Mobility Show in odd-numbered years in Munich, and IAA Transportation for commercial vehicles in even-numbered years in Hanover, Germany. They currently own 33 percent of the team based in Brackley, England, which is currently named Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team and uses a German licence. Mercedes-branded teams are often referred to by their nickname, the "Silver Arrows".
The Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé is a full size car introduced in 2018 by Mercedes-AMG marketed as a five-door variant of the AMG GT two-door sports car.
