Andi Renja (born 1 June 1993 [1] ) is an Albanian footballer who plays as a winger for Swiss fifth-tier 2. Liga club FC Thalwil.

Club career

Aris

He started his career in youth teams of Aris. During the 2012–2013 season, he was promoted him to the first team by manager Lucas Alcaraz. [2]

Pirin

After spending a half season in Levski Karlovo in the Bulgarian Second League, he joined Pirin Blagoevgrad's summer camp on trials and later signed with the club from Bulgarian First League. [3] At the end of the season the club had to release him to carry out regular military service. [4]

Vitosha

On 17 July 2018, Renja signed with Vitosha Bistritsa. [5]

The 2018–19 Second League was the 63rd season of the Second League, the second tier of the Bulgarian football league system, and the 3rd season under this name and current league structure. In June 2018, the Executive Committee of the Bulgarian Football Union decided to increase the participating teams to 18 for the 2019–20 season; as a result, only two teams will be relegated to Third League. The fixture list was released on 8 June 2018. The participating teams were confirmed on the same day. FC Tsarsko Selo Sofia became champions of the second league and were promoted directly to the first division. FC Dobrudzha Dobrich and PFC Nesebar were relegated.

The 2021–22 First Professional Football League, also known as efbet League for sponsorship reasons, was the 98th season of the top division of the Bulgarian football league system, the 74th since a league format was adopted for the national competition of A Group as a top tier of the pyramid, and also the 6th season of the First Professional Football League, which decides the Bulgarian champion. Ludogorets Razgrad were the defending champions for the 10th consecutive time. They clinched their 11th title with four games to spare on 17 April 2022, following a 4–1 home win over Slavia Sofia.

The 2022–23 First Professional Football League, also known as efbet League for sponsorship reasons, was the 99th season of the top division of the Bulgarian football league system, the 75th since a league format was adopted for the national competition of A Group as a top tier of the pyramid, and also the 7th season of the First Professional Football League, which decides the Bulgarian champion. The season began on 8 July 2022. Due to the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the last round before the league's winter break was held on 11–12 November. The league resumed on 11 February 2023.
