Andrea Cappi holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Modena and a Management Engineering Master degree from the University of Exeter [4]
Andrea Cappi started his career working for international consulting firms such as Accenture in London and CRIF in Stockholm and Atlanta (USA). He held roles in the board and executive management team of Yoox Group [5] and Max Mara Group. Prior to joining Valentino, he served as the CEO of Dr.Max Italy, an European pharmacy chain. [6] [7] He specializes in digital innovation, omnichannel transformation, and e-commerce strategies, with a particular focus on the fashion and luxury sectors.
In November 2024, he was appointed as one of the ten members of the Advisory Board of ShopTalk (New York), the retail and e-commerce event focused on industry trends, innovation, and networking, alongside executives from Nestlé, Moet & Hennessy, Tesco and Mattel. [8]
