Andrei Sartassov (born 10 November 1975) is a Russian-born Chilean former professional road racing cyclist. In 2009 it was revealed that he, along with his Chilean teammate Juan Francisco Cabrera Torres, had tested positive in 2007 for EPO during the Vuelta de Chile. [1]

The Vuelta Ciclista Por Un Chile Líder was an elite men's professional road bicycle racing stage race held annually in Chile. The Vuelta Líder was created in 1997 by Líder, the largest supermarket chain in Chile, and was sanctioned by the Chilean Cycling Federation. The last race was held in 2007. The Vuelta Líder was one of the largest cycling races in Chile. He carried the flag for his native country at the opening ceremony of the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
