The Bishop to the Australian Defence Force is the chair of the Defence Force Board of the Anglican Church of Australia. The Board assists the Church in relation to all matters concerned with its ministrations among men and women of the Australian Defence Force and the families of those men and women. [1]

Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn

The Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn is one of the 23 dioceses of the Anglican Church of Australia. Anglican Diocese of North Queensland

The Diocese of North Queensland is a diocese of the Anglican Church of Australia, founded in 1879. It is situated in the northern part of the state of Queensland, Australia. As part of the Province of Queensland, it covers the Torres Strait Islands in the north, the entire Cape York Peninsula and the cities of Mount Isa, Cairns, Townsville and Mackay. The Anglican Diocese of Melbourne is the metropolitan diocese of the Province of Victoria in the Anglican Church of Australia. The diocese was founded from the Diocese of Australia by letters patent of 25 June 1847 and includes the cities of Melbourne and Geelong and also some more rural areas. Ken Short

Kenneth Herbert Short was an Anglican bishop in Australia. He was the Bishop of Wollongong and then Bishop of Parramatta and Bishop to the Australian Defence Force. He was appointed dean of St Andrew's Cathedral, Sydney in 1989. He was a missionary, pastor and military chaplain.
