The Anglican Province of Enugu is one of the 14 ecclesiastical provinces of the Church of Nigeria. The province comprises 12 dioceses. The Archbishop of the Province of Enugu is Sosthenes Ikechukwu Ezeh, who succeeded Emmanuel O. Chukwuma in 2024. [1] [2] Chukwuma was Archbishop since 2014. [3]

The Church of Nigeria is the Anglican church in Nigeria. It is the second-largest province in the Anglican Communion, as measured by baptised membership, after the Church of England. In 2016 it stated that its membership was “over 18 million", out of a total Nigerian population of 190 million. It is "effectively the largest province in the Communion." As measured by active membership, the Church of Nigeria has nearly 2 million active baptised members. According to a study published by Cambridge University Press in the Journal of Anglican Studies, there are between 4.94 and 11.74 million Anglicans in Nigeria. The Church of the Province of West Africa is a province of the Anglican Communion, covering 17 dioceses in eight countries of West Africa, specifically in Cameroon, Cape Verde, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Senegal and Sierra Leone. Ghana is the country with most dioceses, now numbering 11.

The Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) is a Christian denomination in the Anglican tradition in the United States and Canada. It also includes ten congregations in Mexico, two mission churches in Guatemala, and a missionary diocese in Cuba. Headquartered in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, the church reported more than 1,000 congregations and more than 128,000 members in 2023. The first archbishop of the ACNA was Robert Duncan, who was succeeded by Foley Beach in 2014. In June 2024, the College of Bishops elected Steve Wood as the third archbishop of the ACNA. Authority was transferred to him during the closing Eucharist at the ACNA Assembly 2024 conference in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

The Anglican Province of Kaduna is one of the 14 ecclesiastical provinces of the Church of Nigeria. The first archbishop was Josiah Idowu-Fearon, from 2002 to 2008. The current archbishop is Timothy Yahaya, bishop of Kaduna, since 27 August, 2023.

The Anglican Province of Kwara is one of the 14 ecclesiastical provinces of the Church of Nigeria. It comprises 7 dioceses. The Archbishop of the Province of Kwara and Bishop of New Bussa is Israel Amoo.

The Anglican Diocese of Igbomina is one of eight within the Anglican Province of Kwara, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. Bishop Michael Akinyemi, who was also the Archbishop of the Province, retired in 2017 and was succeeded by Emmanuel Adekola, previously Sub-Dean of the Cathedral Church of the Advent, Abuja.

Emmanuel Chukwuma is an Anglican archbishop in Nigeria. He was appointed the bishop of the Diocese of Enugu, and the archbishop of the Anglican Province of Enugu in 2014.

The Anglican Diocese of Enugu North is one of 12 within the Anglican Province of Enugu, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. The pioneer and current bishop is Sosthenes Eze, appointed in 2007. Eze was consecrated a bishop on March 4, 2007, at the Cathedral of the Advent, Abuja; and the missionary diocese was inaugurated on March 16 at St Mary's Cathedral, Ngwo.

The Anglican Diocese of Ikwerre is one of twelve within the Anglican Province of the Niger Delta, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. The current bishop is Blessing Enyindah. Enyindah was consecrated a bishop on April 18, 2007, at the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Enugu; the diocese was inaugurated on April 20, and Enyindah later became Archbishop of Niger Delta Province on July 11, 2021.
