Anna Lindmarker, (born 5 January 1961) is a Swedish journalist and news presenter at TV4s Nyheterna. [1] She is the daughter of foreign correspondence Ingmar Lindmarker, and during her upbringing she lived with her family in cities like Moscow, New York and Washington DC. During her high school years she started to freelance as a journalist, and then started studying journalism at Poppius journalistskola. After working at several local radio stations, she started to work at Sveriges Radio at the news show Ekot. [2]

During 1989, she started to work as a news presenter for Aktuellt which was broadcast on SVT. In 1997, she started working for TV4 as a news presenter instead for their news broadcast Nyheterna. [3]

Lindmarker announced her retirement from TV4 at the turn of the year 2023/2024 on 16 November, 2023. [4]

<i>Lets Dance</i> (Swedish TV series) Swedish dance competition

Let's Dance is a Swedish dance competition featuring Swedish celebrities. It is the Swedish franchise of Strictly Come Dancing. The series has been broadcast for eighteen seasons on TV4. A jury of three to four people, combined with viewer voting, decides each week of the competition which dance couples will remain in the competition and which will be eliminated. The program was initially broadcast in the period January-March but since season seven (2012) it is usually broadcast between February/March and May/June on Fridays.

Elisabet Höglund is a Swedish author and political journalist, working in Swedish television and radio as a reporter. She started her career at SVT, later becoming a freelance journalist. She has written a number of books including an autobiography, and has organised many exhibitions of her own paintings; she is also a former road bicycle racer. She competed in Let's Dance during 2009 on TV4, teaming up with professional dancer Tobias Karlsson. Höglund and Karlsson placed fourth in the competition.
