#annaismissing is a 2023 Czech thriller drama film directed by Pavel Soukup. It is a spiritual sequel to #martyisdead web series. [3] The film was later split into 9 episodes and placed on Voyo VOD service as TV series.
Anna, an influencer known for her provocative content, mysteriously goes silent on the networks. When fifteen-year-old Nina finds a photo of Anna half-naked on her dad's cell phone, she decides to track her down. This starts a series of events that change both Nina and her family's lives.

Emília Vášáryová, Doctor Artis Dramaticae (hon.) is a Slovak stage and screen actress, whom Variety and other publications refer to as the "First Lady of Slovak Theater". During a career of more than five decades, she has received numerous awards including Meritorious Artist (1978), the Alfréd Radok Award (1996), the Czech Lion Award, the Golden Goblet Award (2008), and a 2010 ELSA award from the Czech Film and Television Academy (2010). Because her younger sister is former diplomat Magdaléna Vášáryová, the daily newspaper iDNES said fans consider her an "Honorary Consul of Czech and Slovak Relations".
Zlata Adamovská is a Czech actress. Born in Prague, she has starred in a number of films and TV series including Sanitka and Noc smaragdového měsíce, which was entered into the 35th Berlin International Film Festival. Since 1990, she has been a member of the ensemble at the Vinohrady Theatre. In December 2018 she agreed to play a role in an upcoming film Women on the Run. There, she plays the role of Vera, a woman with three sisters who are played by Tereza Kostková, Veronika Khek Kubařová and Jenovéfa Boková.

Dagmar Burešová, a young female lawyer, became part of his legacy by defending Palach's family in a trial against the communist government, a regime which tried to dishonour Palach’s sacrifice, a heroic action for the freedom of Czechoslovakia.
Honeymoon is a 2013 Czech drama film directed by Jan Hřebejk. It was nominated for the Crystal Globe at the 48th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, where Hřebejk won the Best Director Award. The Don Juans is a 2013 Czech comedy film directed by Jiří Menzel. The film was selected as the Czech entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 86th Academy Awards, but it was not nominated. Originally Agnieszka Holland's mini-series Burning Bush had been selected to represent the Czech Republic. However AMPAS disqualified the film, citing regulations that the film must not have initially appeared on television. The mini-series aired on Czech TV eight months prior to the re-edited version that appeared in cinemas. The Don Juans was a controversial pick as members of the Czech Film Academy did not see the film before it was chosen and because the film was poorly received by Czech critics.
