The Annasaheb Magar Sports Stadium is a multi purposed stadium in the city of Pune, India. The stadium is owned and managed by the PCMC Administration. The ground was named after Indian National Congress leader Annasaheb Magar who was Member of Parliament from 1977 to 1980 from Khed. [1] [2]

The stadium is meant to play for seven different game and located in 5 acres and has facilities like pavilion, toilets and a boundary size of approx. 65–70 metres. The ground faced a major problem of facilities sports facilities available in the stadium are defunct. [3]

This sports complex is also home to one of 10 swimming pools, The Annasaheb Magar Swimming Pool.

Leigh Sports Village

Leigh Sports Village is an £83 million multi-use sports, retail and housing development in Leigh, Greater Manchester, England. The centrepiece of the development is a 12,000-capacity stadium which is home to professional rugby league team Leigh Centurions and Manchester United U19s, U23s and W.F.C. Pune Metro

Pune Metro is a metro rail based rapid transit system under construction to serve the city of Pune. As of December 2019, the system comprises 3 lines with a total length of 54.58 km. The 16.59 km Line 1 PCMC Bhavan – Swargate will be elevated between PCMC Bhavan to Range Hills, from where it will run underground. Line 2 will run from Vanaz to Ramwadi covering a distance of 14.66 km on an elevated viaduct. Lines 1 and 2 are expected to be operational in 2021. The 23.33-km elevated Line 3 will run from the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjawadi via Balewadi to Civil Court. All three lines will align at the Civil Court interchange station.

The Shri Shivchhatrapati Sports Complex, Mahalunge, Balewadi, Pune is an Indian sports complex. The complex is situated at about 14–15 km from Pune downtown and 4–5 km from Hinjawadi, Pune. This complex was the venue for the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games. The sports complex is also venue for Khelo India Youth Games, 2019.

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pune is the civic body that governs the neighbourhood of Pimpri Chinchwad, north western city limits of Pune, India. It was established on 11 October 1982 to govern the newly industrialized towns of Chinchwad, Akurdi, Pimpri & Bhosari. It governs an area of 181 km2 with a population of 1.72 million. The executive power of the PCMC is vested in the Municipal Commissioner, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer appointed by the Government of Maharashtra. The position is held by Shravan Hardikar since April 2017. The general body of the PCMC consists of 128 directly elected councilors, popularly known as "corporators", headed by a mayor. Indian Super League Professional football league in India

The Indian Super League or ISL is a professional football league which represents the sport's highest level in Indian football system. The league comprises 11 clubs with each season generally running from November to March. During the league stage of the competition, each club will play 20 games against the others in a round-robin style. The top four clubs at the end of the league stage will qualify for the play-offs. The season will then culminate with the ISL Final to determine the champion. The league has been officially known as the Hero Indian Super League since its inception, due to a sponsorship agreement with Hero MotoCorp.
