Anne Floriet (born 1 June 1963) is a successful French paralympic athlete in the Biathlon.
Floriet was born in 1963 and was found to have Ollier disease [1] which is a non hereditary disease that effects bone structure.
Floriet competed at the 1998 and the 2002 Paralympics and as a result was chosen to be the flag bearer at next Paralympics.
In 2006 on the 11 March she won a Paralympic gold medal in the 12.5 km biathlon at the Games in Turin. [1] Floriet also won two bronze medals at the shorter biathlon event and the 10 km skiing event.

She competed at the 2022 Winter Paralympics, winning a gold medal in Biathlon – Women's 6 kilometres, sitting.
Women's 10 km & 12.5 km biathlon events at the 2006 Winter Paralympics were contested at Pragelato on 11 March.
Natalia Bratiuk is a Russian Paralympic cross country skier and biathlete who won bronze medal at the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi, Russia. In 2013, she was silver medalist at IPC Biathlon and Cross-Country Skiing World Championships. She participated in the 2018 Winter Paralympics, finishing sixth.
Azat Karachurin is a Russian Paralympic biathlete who won gold medal for the 12.5 km standing event despite missing one target on March 11, 2014, at the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi, Russia. After the event, he received congratulations from the Russian President Vladimir Putin who said that his hard work earned him a medal. He was also a winner of bronze medal for the 7.5 km biathlon race in the same place.

Anja Wicker is a German handicapped cross-country skier and biathlete. She represented Germany at the 2014 Winter Paralympics claiming a gold and a silver medal in the biathlon events. She also represented Germany at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Paralympics.

Daniel Cnossen is an American biathlete and cross-country skier competing at the 2022 Winter Olympics. He won gold in the Biathlon at the 2018 Winter Paralympics – Men's 7.5 kilometres in the sitting division. He is a native of Topeka, Kansas and a double amputee. He lost both legs, above the knees, in the War in Afghanistan due to an improvised explosive device while he was a Navy SEAL. Cnossen also competed at the 2014 Winter Paralympics. Cnossen graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2002. He earned a Master of Public Administration in 2016 from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and also a Master of Theological Studies in 2018 from the Divinity School.

Anthony Chalençon is a French male visually impaired cross-country skier and biathlete who also formerly competed as an alpine skier. He switched from alpine skiing to take up Paralympic Nordic skiing after a disastrous start to his Paralympic career as an alpine skier in 2010. Anthony Chalençon clinched his first Paralympic medals after clinching a bronze medal in the 15km visually impaired biathlon event and gold in the Open Relay during the 2018 Winter Paralympics.
