Anne Rygh Pedersen (born 28 June 1967 in Larvik) is a Norwegian politician. She is a member of the Labour Party.
She served in the position of deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Vestfold during the term 2001–2005. Rygh Pedersen was the county mayor of Vestfold 2003–2005. When the second cabinet Stoltenberg assumed office following the 2005 elections, she was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Justice and the Police. Rygh Pedersen resigned om February 9, 2007.
She was mayor of the new Tønsberg Municipality from 2020 to 2023.

The whole northern part of the municipality was considered to be part of the city of Tønsberg metropolitan area.

The Vestfold Line is a 137.79-kilometer (85.62 mi) railway line which runs between Drammen and Eidanger in Norway. The line connects to the Drammen Line at the northern terminus at Drammen Station and continues as the Bratsberg Line past Skien Station. The line is exclusively used for passenger trains, which are provided by Vy, which connect northwards to Oslo and south-westwards to Grenland. The 13-kilometer (8.1 mi) section from Eidanger to Skien is often colloquially included in the Vestfold Line.The standard gauge line is electrified at 15 kV 16.7 Hz AC and has twelve remaining stations. The Vestfold Line runs through the coastal region of Vestfold and serves major towns including Holmestrand, Tønsberg, Sandefjord and Larvik, as well as Sandefjord Airport, Torp.

Ramnes is a village in Tønsberg Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) to the northwest of the city of Tønsberg, about 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) to the northwest of the village of Linnestad, about 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) to the southwest of the villages of Bergsåsen/Revetal, and about 7.5 kilometres (4.7 mi) to the south of the village of Fon.

The village of Vear lies about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) to the southeast of Sem, along the shore of the Tønsbergfjorden. The historic Sem Church is located just northeast of the village.

Per Arne Lodding Olsen was a Norwegian politician who served as a Member of Parliament for the Progress Party, where he held the position as second deputy leader. He served as the governor of Vestfold from 2016 to 2019, and from 2019 until his death was the Governor of Vestfold og Telemark, elected by the King-in-Council. While Vestfold and Telemark merged on 1 January 2020, the office of the Governor was merged a year before, on 1 January 2019.
Eikeren or Eikern is a long, deep lake in eastern Norway. The 27.6-square-kilometre (10.7 sq mi) lake is located on the border of Øvre Eiker Municipality in Buskerud county and Holmestrand Municipality in Vestfold county. It is the largest lake in all of Vestfold county, measuring about 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) long and 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) wide, and reaching a depth of 158 metres (518 ft).

Vestfold County Municipality is the regional governing administration of Vestfold county in Norway, after the county was re-established in 2024. The county municipality was earlier established on 1 January 1976 when the law was changed to allow elected county councils in Norway. The county municipality was dissolved on 1 January 2020, when Vestfold was merged with the neighboring Telemark county, creating the new Vestfold og Telemark county which was led by the Vestfold og Telemark County Municipality. The administrative seat is located in Tønsberg and the county mayor is Anne Strømøy of the Conservative Party and the chief administrative officer for the county municipality is Toril Eeg.
