Annie Moses Band is a family of Nashville-based musicians and creators who have founded multiple artistic enterprises over a career spanning decades. Composed of seven classically-trained siblings and their veteran songwriter parents, the Wolaver family has produced 18 albums, 6 live DVDs, including 2 PBS specials, 9 musicals for children, 2 Broadway musicals, numerous music videos, and produced the television show, The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello. As the Annie Moses Band, they have performed across the United States, Europe, and Asia and in venues such as Carnegie Hall and The Grand Ole Opry.

History

The Annie Moses Band signed with Provident Sony in 2008 and subsequently released This Glorious Christmas, [1] which hit the Top Ten on Billboard Magazine's Classical Crossover chart. The following year, the band released a PBS special, Christmas With The Annie Moses Band [2] which garnered over 1,200 hours of airtime, setting the record for a debut artist. [3] In 2012, Annie Moses Band made their debut at Carnegie Hall [4] and the Grand Ole Opry. [5] Their subsequent album, Pilgrims & Prodigals, ranked No. 11 on the Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart[ citation needed ] and peaked at No. 6 on Billboard's Heatseekers - Northeast chart.

Joshua Otis Turner is an American country and gospel singer and actor. In 2003, he signed to MCA Nashville Records. Highway 101 was an American country music band founded in 1986 by Paulette Carlson, Jack Daniels (guitar), Curtis Stone, and Scott "Cactus" Moser (drums). With Carlson as lead vocalist, the band recorded three albums for Warner Bros. Records Nashville and charted ten consecutive Top Ten hits on the Hot Country Songs chart, four of which went to Number One. After Carlson left in 1990 to pursue a solo career, the band recorded a fourth album for Warner with Nikki Nelson on lead vocals before exiting the label. One album each followed on Liberty, Intersound, and Free Falls Records under various lineups.

The albums discography of American country singer-songwriter Bill Anderson contains 45 studio albums, three live albums, 12 compilation albums, four extended plays and one box set. He first signed with Decca Records in 1958 and started releasing singles which became major hits. However, Anderson's first album was not released until 1962. Entitled Bill Anderson Sings Country Heart Songs, the package was a compilation release containing his major hits up to that point. His debut studio release, Still, followed upon the success of its title track in 1963. The release peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and number 36 on the Billboard 200, his only album to chart the latter survey. Over the next decade, Anderson released several albums per year, many of which reached the top ten on the Billboard country albums chart. His second studio release, Bill Anderson Sings (1964), reached number seven on the chart for example. In 1966, his fifth studio album, I Love You Drops, reached number one the country albums list. In 1967, Anderson recorded his first album of gospel music called I Can Do Nothing Alone, which reached number 23 on the country albums survey. His eighth studio record, For Loving You (1968), was a collaborative project with Jan Howard. It reached number six on the country albums chart.
