Anuradha Mehta is an Indian former actress and former model who appeared in Telugu and Kannada films.

Career

Anu Mehta made her debut with the Telugu movie Arya , by which she gained popularity and applause for her performance. [1] [2] [3]

After the success of Arya, she appeared in 2005 Telugu romance film written, produced and directed by E. V. V. Satyanarayana. She starred along with Aryan Rajesh, Allari Naresh, Rama Prabha, and Suman. [4] In July 2005, with inclusion of Satyanarayana's sons Rajesh and Naresh, the film was reported as almost ready. [5]

She made her Kannada debut with the 2006 Kannada language action film, Ajay . She paired opposite Puneeth Rajkumar. [6] The film was the remake of Telugu movie Okkadu .

The 2008 Kannada film Honganasu was the last film of her career. [7]

Satyanarayana and produced by Eedara Srinivasa Rao, Eedara Ravikumar, Eedupuganti Subramanyeshwar Rao, and Eedupuganti Purnachandra Rao under Big B Productions banner. The film stars Allari Naresh and Kamna Jethmalani in lead roles. The film soundtrack was composed by singer-turned-composer Mallikarjun with cinematography by Adusumilli Vijay Kumar and editing by Gautham Raju. The dialogues and story for the film were written by popular writer Prasad Varma. The film released on 10 December 2010 to positive reviews. This was Satyanarayana's last film as a director before his death in 2011.

The film is produced by Aryan Rajesh on EVV Cinema banner and is titled based on the N. T. Rama Rao's 1963 film of the same name. Kalyani Koduri composed the music while P.G. Vinda and Dharmendra Kakarala handled the cinematography and editing of the movie respectively.
