Anush Begloian (born 31 July 1969,Yerevan,Soviet Armenia) is an Armenian physicist and politician of the Civil Contract. Since the Parliamentary Election in 2018,she is member of the National Assembly of Armenia.
Anush Begloian studied physics at the Yerevan State University from where she graduated in 1991 and obtained an MBA from the American University of Armenia in Yerevan in 1995. [1]
Throughout her career,she was employed by various foreign and international entities such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID),the World Bank and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. [1] She specialized in public relations and communications was the executive director of the NGO Armenian Public Relations Association between 2003 and 2009. [1] Between 2005 and 2009 she also lectured on Business Communication and Public relations at the University of France in Armenia. [1] In 2008 she took a hold in the private sector and was “ArmenTel”CJSC's head of public relations until 2014. [1] In 2016 she returned as a lecturer to the University of France in Armenia. [1]
Before she was elected to the National Assembly of Armenia as Member of Parliament of the Civil Contract over the My Step Alliance in December 2018,she was a consultant to the Chief of Staff of the Armenian Parliament. [1] In Parliament she is a member in the Armenian-Lithuanian [2] and the Armenian-British Friendship Group. [3] In November 2019 she assumed as the vice-president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation a post for which she was elected for one year. [4]
Anush Begloian is married and has two children. [5]

A parliamentary group,parliamentary caucus or political group is a group consisting of members of different political parties or independent politicians with similar ideologies. Some parliamentary systems allow smaller political parties,who are not numerous enough to form parliamentary groups in their own names,to join with other parties or independent politicians in order to benefit from rights or privileges that are only accorded to formally recognized groups. An electoral alliance,where political parties associate only for elections,is similar to a parliamentary group. A technical group is similar to a parliamentary group but with members of differing ideologies. In contrast,a political faction is a subgroup within a political party and a coalition forms only after elections.

Armenia and the European Union have maintained positive relations over the years. Both parties are connected through the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA),which was signed in 2017. Former Armenian Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandyan expressed confidence that the new partnership agreement would "open a new page" in EU–Armenia relations. While,the former High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,Federica Mogherini concluded in June 2019,that Armenia–EU relations are on an "excellent" level.
Markus Wiechel is a Swedish politician of the Sweden Democrats. He has been a Member of Parliament (MP) of Sweden following the resignation of Lars Isovaara on 29 November 2012. He's currently serving as member for the Committee on Foreign Affairs as well as Deputy for the Committee on European Union Affairs. Wiechel is currently part of three international parliamentary delegations:NATO-PA as a deputy member,the OSCE-PA and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
