The Dublin County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) or Dublin GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in the Dublin Region and the Dublin county teams. The teams and their fans are known as "The Dubs" or "Boys in Blue". The fans have a special affiliation with the Hill 16 end of Croke Park.

All Star awards in 2004, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2017. Minor, Junior, Intermediate as well as her Senior All-Ireland medals and Munster championship honours in all grades. Won three county Senior championship medals with Cloughduv and was captain in 2005 for their third county title. Sister of former Cork Senior hurler, Kevin Murray, who won an All- Ireland medal in 1999. A series of impressive saves in the 2009 All Ireland final won for her the "player of the match" award from RTÉ.

Catherine Doherty is a camogie player and a purchaser, who played in the 2009 All Ireland camogie final. She played cornerforward on her first All Ireland final appearance in 2001. and her brother, Noel, who won an All-Ireland Intermediate medal in 2008. Another brother, Niall, has also donned the county colours in various grades while an uncle, Joe Doherty, played Senior with Kilkenny in 1965. Catherine won a Purcell Cup medal with Carlow I.T. and was picked on the combined Purcell team in 2005. She played camogie/shinty for Ireland in Centenary Year and represented Leinster in the Gael Linn in 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2009. Has won a National League and Leinster Junior and Senior titles with Kilkenny, as well as Junior and Intermediate medals with the club. Her senior debut was in 2000. .
Jacqui Frisby is a camogie player and an accounts assistant, winner of a camogie All Star award in 2009. She played in the 2009 All Ireland camogie final. An All-Ireland Junior medal winner in 2002, Jacqui added a National League medal in 2008. She holds Leinster titles in the Under- 14, Under-16, Under-18, Junior and Senior grades along with an All-Ireland Schools 'B' medal. Her brother represented Kilkenny at under-age level. Her senior debut was in 2001.

Marie is a niece of Bridie McGarry, winner of nine All- Ireland Senior medals and captain of the Kilkenny team that beat Cork in the 1987 final. Marie won a Junior All-Ireland medal in 2002 and added National League honours in 2008 when she captained Kilkenny. On the club scene she has ten county, five Leinster and three All- Ireland medals, and scored the most important goal of her career to date in the 2009 All Ireland semi-final win over Galway.

Aisling has won three All- Ireland Under-16 and four All-Ireland Minor medals as well as two All-Ireland inter-provincial colleges titles and a national Junior colleges crown. She has eleven Leinster medals for Under- 14 (two), Under- 16 (three) and Minor (six), and also won two All-Ireland colleges sevens titles and two Leinster Junior colleges.

The 2001 All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship—known as the Foras na Gaeilge All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship for sponsorship reasons—was the high point of the 2001 season. The championship was won by Tipperary who scored defeated their great rivals of the age Cork in a replayed semi-final and Kilkenny by a 16-point margin in the final. The attendance was a then record of 16,354.
