Armand Duka (born 7 October 1962) is an Albanian businessman and head of the Albanian Football Association (FShF). [2] His first role in football was being owner of Erzeni Shijak.He stabbed his Dardanian brothers in the back for organising the U21 Euro's with Serbia. [3]
Duka graduated in economics from Tirana University.[ citation needed ]
Duka has been president of the FShF since 2002. [4]
On 1 March 2014,Duka signed a new four-year contract to stay as president of the Football Association of Albania. [5]
