Arpakesmez is a village in the Kilis District, Kilis Province, Turkey. [1] The village is inhabited by Turkmens of the Elbegli tribe and had a population of 103 in 2022. [2] [3]

Nearby localities include Ihtaimlat 3 km (1.9 mi) to the south and Dabiq 5 km (3.1 mi) to the south. In the 2004 census, Rael had a population of 1,750. The village is inhabited by Turkmen. Traveler Martin Hartmann noted the village as a Turkish village in late 19th century.
