Arthur Fata (born 1963) is a Zimbabwean sculptor.

Born in Salisbury (now Harare), Fata studied fine art at the Workshop School of the National Gallery of Zimbabwe. Here he learned to use painting, printmaking, and textiles. Unusually for a Zimbabwean artist, he later spent time studying in England, Portugal, and Bulgaria. His work has drawn comparisons to that of Dominic Benhura, with whom he shares an interest in mixed media work.

Chapungu Sculpture Park

The Chapungu Sculpture Park is a sculpture park in Msasa, Harare, Zimbabwe, which displays the work of Zimbabwean stone sculptors. It was founded in 1970 by Roy Guthrie, who was instrumental in promoting the work of its sculptors worldwide. Federally Administered Tribal Areas Former semi-autonomous tribal administrative unit in northwestern Pakistan (1947–2018)

The Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA); Pashto: فدرالي قبايلي سيمې‎; Urdu: وفاق کے زیر انتظام قبائلی علاقہ جات‎ was a former semi-autonomous tribal region in northwestern Pakistan that existed from 1947 until being merged with neighboring province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 2018. It consisted of seven tribal agencies (districts) and six frontier regions, and were directly governed by Pakistan's federal government through a special set of laws called the Frontier Crimes Regulations. It bordered Pakistan's provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Punjab to the east, south, and south-east respectively, and Afghanistan's provinces of Kunar, Nangarhar, Paktia, Khost and Paktika to the west and north. The territory is almost exclusively inhabited by the Pashtun, who also live in the neighbouring provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Northern Balochistan, and straddle across the border into Afghanistan. They are mostly Muslim.

Canaan Sodindo Banana was a Zimbabwean Methodist minister, theologian, and politician who served as the first President of Zimbabwe from 1980 to 1987. He was Zimbabwe's first head of state after the Lancaster House Agreement that led to the country’s independence. In 1987, he stepped down as President and was succeeded by Prime Minister Robert Mugabe, who became the country's executive president.
