Ascend Federal Credit Union (or Ascend; formerly AEDC Federal Credit Union) is a federally chartered credit union based in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Ascend is regulated and insured through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

History

Ascend Federal Credit Union was chartered on July 12, 1951 in order to serve employees of the Arnold Air Force Base. [6]

In 2006, the company changed its name from AEDC Federal Credit Union to Ascend Federal Credit Union. [7] [8]

In 2015, Ascend signed a 10-year contract with Live Nation for the naming rights of the Ascend Amphitheater. [9]

In 2018, the firm started leveraging its LenderAssis LOS platform and DecisionAssis product. [10]

In 2019, the company was announced to turn as an Episys platform. [11] [12]

Tullahoma is a city in Coffee and Franklin counties in southern Middle Tennessee, United States. The population was 20,339 at the 2020 census. In 2019, the population was estimated to be 19,555. Call Federal Credit Union is a federally insured, not-for-profit financial cooperative headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. It is regulated under the authority of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) of the U.S. federal government. Call Federal Credit Union is the second-largest Richmond-based credit union. As of December 31, 2022, Call Federal Credit Union had $522 million USD in assets and 30,000 members. <span class="mw-page-title-main">Bank Transfer Day</span> 2011 American consumer activism initiative

Bank Transfer Day was a consumer activism initiative calling for a voluntary switch from commercial banks to not-for-profit credit unions by November 5, 2011. As of October 15, 2011, a Facebook page devoted to the effort had drawn more than 54,900 "likes". Debit card fees of $5 a month from the Bank of America are among steps leading to the Bank Transfer Day protest with a November 5 deadline. Occupy Wall Street participants support the effort even though the events are not related. Among the detractors were Occupy Los Angeles participants: Sigurd Olin Christian, creator of the Bank Transfer Day event, stated that "he was accosted by Occupy Los Angeles organizers and has even received threatening phone calls" because of his pro-credit union rather than anti-bank approach.

It offers financial services to all who qualify.

Robins Financial Credit Union is a credit union based in Warner Robins, Georgia. Robins Financial is the 2nd largest credit union in the state of Georgia.
