Ascendion was founded to deliver software engineering focusing on user experience, cloud, digital platforms, data and insight, and practical applications of the metaverse. [3] The firm provides services in Applied AI, Data AI, Experience AI, Platform Engineering AI, Quality Engineering AI, Product Engineering AI, and GCC AI, using its ‘Engineering to the Power of AI’ (EngineeringAI) methodology. Since its establishment, Ascendion has expanded its competencies through a series of strategic acquisitions. In 2023, It acquired Nitor Infotech, a product engineering services firm. [5] In 2025, Ascendion acquired Moodys Northwest Consulting to extend its AI-driven product strategy leadership. [6] It also acquired UXReactor, a user experience strategy and product design firm. By 2025, Ascendion had established operations in over 40 offices across 12 countries with additional four delivery centers and AI studios supporting a remote and hybrid global workforce. [8]
